I order 6 bone in wings and somehow by the time Wingstop got the order they say it said boneless. I have never eaten boneless wings and never will. Allison the so called manager on duty lied twice about who the actual manager was and then when I asked for the corporate office number she hung up in my face. I had to call back two or three more times before I got her to admit she was the manager. She told me they would not remake my order and was very argumentative (overtaking) me and not listening. I don't know why she is even allowed to be the manager (if she is one), she lied so much I don't know what to believe. First time eating from this Wingstop location and it was great! (Due to COVID-19 it had to be takeout). The Wingstop app was super accurate in letting me know when the food would be ready so everything was still warm and crunchy. Conveniently located off 121 in Lewisville, this WIngstop is a busy anchor of an aging strip mall which has clearly seen better days. (Complete address is suite number 190.) Wing quality is consistent with other locations I've tried. On my last visit however, they omitted their trademarked seasoning on the fries--a disappointment. I think the size of the wings are just right for me, so I can't really complain. I've eaten at competitors who claim they sell "jumbo" wings, but only to discover they artificially inflate the size of their wings with batter. Underneath all the crud is the virtually the same sized wing. No thanks, I'll take mine sans extra breading. This Lewisville location seems to get a lot of traffic, and the staff are pretty busy that they sometimes can't get around to bussing tables. A Vegetarian's Opinion I haven't tried other locations but apparently their policy is "you cannot purchase a side of sauce if you don't purchase chicken". Yes, it may be odd for a vegetarian to make purchases at a wing place, but, do note, McDonald's largest margin item are the sides, and I wouldn't expect it to be any different at Wingstop.
