I'm aware over the years things have increased in prices. Wing stop remains to provide one of the best wings I've eaten. It is the quantity I am disappointed about. I might be small, petite in frame but I have a humongous appetite! Wing stop chicken parts are smaller compared to the past! The prices have gone up but the number of wings remains the same..... Im sure this is good thing for my arteries not to quiver, but my appetite sure miss the steroid infused Chicken they cooked in the past! read more

2nd time on the phone call --this place sucks. Went in to ask about their 3rd party --if it was India or the Philippines--they said it's connected to them. They claim it was only 2 minutes but it was a total of 3 with the hold time between automated attendant and their answer. I realize they are pushing people to order on -line but this is just common courtesy to answer and take orders. FYI, the manager snapped at me from the start. Will not go back. read more

This location has gone the the toilet again. Corporate doesn't care to reply to emails either. I have given good reviews in the past because they had a great manager and team. Now it's a lot of don't gf attitude. Orders wrong, wings over cooked or fries oily... you name it. read more

didn't give me the wings I asked for, nor the amount of ranch I asked for. It happens all the time too.

The service was painfully slow and and didn't even get the order correct. The food was lukewarm at best an not very good.

Decent food for what it is. which is fried chicken and fries. Lemon pepper is good. the fries are sweet. the rolls are decent. Doordash delivery driver was amazing. read more

Wingstop - half lemon pepper. half plain. boneless. ranch. fries and rolls. 10pc - Chicken Wings Near Me - Lewisville, Texas

Amazing. My first visit to this location. Their fried corn and chicken wings were amazing. My go to sauce, Louisiana Rub, was spicy and flavorful. My wings and corn taste nothing like the wings and corn at my local Wing Stop. This location is 10x times better. read more

Wow... i just mean wow... it was a once in a life time experience. As soon as these tasteful wings reached the tips of my tastebuds i felt an exquisite orgy containing ranch, sauce, chicken, and spit enveloping in my mouth. If i could start a new religion i would make your ranch the holy water. The joy that bestowed in my body the second i took a bite of that crispy warn juicy tender was just exuberayting. I just want to say thank you to whom ever created thy wonderful tasty wings. read more

First off the one and only thing I needed with my wings was blue cheese. I cannot eat wings without it. Kinda how everyone is about their precious ranch dressing. I even paid money for extra blue cheese, just to receive no blue cheese. I call to complain and the girl who answered the line is mad that I'm mad they messed up my order... kindergarten customer service having "employee ". Then the wings are over cooked. Thank you. I'll never spend another cent at a wingstop. I know that doesn't matter when there are still so many suckers out there willing to do so. Thank you for not rectifying the situation, but instead making it worse. read more

The second time I have ordered for food to be delivered to my house and they forget the fries. Twice! So frustrating.

I order 6 bone in wings and somehow by the time Wingstop got the order they say it said boneless. I have never eaten boneless wings and never will. Allison the so called manager on duty lied twice about who the actual manager was and then when I asked for the corporate office number she hung up in my face. I had to call back two or three more times before I got her to admit she was the manager. She told me they would not remake my order and was very argumentative (overtaking) me and not listening. I don't know why she is even allowed to be the manager (if she is one), she lied so much I don't know what to believe. I frequent this place very often, but she has just caused me not to do business with this wingstop anymore. I would like my refund back and I will be calling corporate tomorrow letting them know how she is handling and telling lies to customers. read more

Burnt French fries, tasteless wings and a sauce that was more sweet than anything else. Wing stop will not be getting my business again. For the price, the food was not worth it. The one bright spot was the staff they are friendly. read more

I usually don't leave reviews but I've come to this wingstop on 3 separate occasions and every single time I've come I've dealt with a different employee once over the phone and again in person, and every single time they have been extremely kind and patient even when I wasn't sure of my order. My food is always fresh and correct. Hard to find nice people in the world so I wanted to shoutout Estefania you Rock read more

I still wanted to give this place another try after the horrible experience the last time but this time actually did them in. The wings were so small that I had to post pictures of their tiny tiny wings. This is the only wing place nearby which is why I kind of had to give them a try again but I've never regretted it more. What a waste of money. *sigh Please do yourself a favor and just don't go here. read more

First time eating from this Wingstop location and it was great! (Due to COVID-19 it had to be takeout). The Wingstop app was super accurate in letting me know when the food would be ready so everything was still warm and crunchy. The All-In bundle was super filling and fed me and my sister perfectly (could have easily fed a third person). Love the sauces/dry rubs, and the fry seasoning is amazing! read more

I just placed an order for delivery and received it. Wings were good, fries were old and cold! The worst part is we found a hair in the fries. It was wrapped around and was definitely not one of ours.... Disgusting. Tossed out all our food after finding it. Ugh I'm so grossed out and will never support this place again. read more

Unreasonably slow. Waited over an hour for some wings. This is ridiculous and I will not be back

We ate at one in the Hickory Creek area. We got the honey Barbeque wings. Really good. We would definitely go there again.

Consistent. Ranch is the best on the planet. Original hot wings and fries is our go to.

Wingstop is absolutely a trademark for my childhood favorites. I used to live in Garland and one location was within walking distance. Since then, I haven't had their wings or delectably seasoned fries for a neglected eight years. I recently went with some friends and we ordered lemon pepper, mild, and Hawaiian wings as well as some fries. It was a heaven of nostalgic flavors, and I can't believe it tasted the same as it did then! I devoured my share within minutes. :) Cant believe I ignored my old love for so long.. read more

POOOOOOOOOORRRRRRR CUSTOMER SERVICE I spoke with the manger over the phone and he started raising his voice! I just wanted my credit for the wings they messed up and was upset. I said i would be calling cooperate John(Manager) told me to call them and see if they would refund it but he wasn't giving me anything. Every time i go to that location something is wrong. I love Wingstop but i will NEVER go to that location again. read more

Ordered food and did not receive ranch. I paid for extra ranch and did not receive any at all.

Ive been using The Lewisville location for 5+ yrs now. Customer service is always good. Food is consistently good. Very happy they linked up with DoorDash for delivery. Even when having to order delivery the wings are still hot. read more

It's Wingstop, so the food was hitting, of course. Fries were a lil overly salted but I'll live. The service guaranteed I will not be back to this location. I ordered online & opted out of ranch because at the time, I didn't want it. When I got to the restaurant, I decided to eat in & asked for ranch. The cashier told me it was a $1.07. I told her my meal comes with ranch, whether I declined it at one point or not, I changed my mind. She went to ask a manager & slid the ranch across the counter, as if she really didn't want to even give it to me. Very distasteful & rude. A freakin joke. read more

We ordered delivery through the website only to be waiting and receive a email 45 mins later that it had been canceled by someone other than us. We called to understand the senerio and ask for a refund. They told us to call door dash. We did. They told us to call wing stop because they had our payment information. Upon calling back the manager rudely cut us off and refused to listen to the situation. Finally I explained the situation for the manager to say "are you done?" As rudely as possible then continue to tell us she was not going to refund us the money. I explained to her that I've worked service and still do so I understand being frustrated but that we were frustrated too because Of the situation and that her unprofessionalism wasn't helping. To which she replied "are you done, can I talk now!" I told her I would be a hold or corporate and hung up. read more

Worst customer service manager... I decided to give wingstop one more try. Last time I was overcharged for regular wings nowith sauce on the side yeah i got charged extra for sauce. I like my wings dry and dip in sauce even got an apology from the manager. Tony O just wanted to argue with me. I want feeling well so i called in order. I called in 8 wings no sauce was told 10 min but I went in 20 min later. Paid for them. Jose who took the payment said wait 10 min be right out. I I told him called at 6.09 paid at 6.31 and wait. Told him no am not feeling well I had on my sleeves down coz it's cold and he said ok wait 5 min. Long story short I got my refund at 6.48 with no wings. Personally not coming back at all. Goodbye not worth it.... see the pic from 6.09 and 6.48 attached. .. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Lewisville, Texas

Conveniently located off 121 in Lewisville, this WIngstop is a busy anchor of an aging strip mall which has clearly seen better days. (Complete address is suite number 190.) Wing quality is consistent with other locations I've tried. On my last visit however, they omitted their trademarked seasoning on the fries--a disappointment. I think the size of the wings are just right for me, so I can't really complain. I've eaten at competitors who claim they sell "jumbo" wings, but only to discover they artificially inflate the size of their wings with batter. Underneath all the crud is the virtually the same sized wing. No thanks, I'll take mine sans extra breading. This Lewisville location seems to get a lot of traffic, and the staff are pretty busy that they sometimes can't get around to bussing tables. As other Yelpers have observed, best to take your wings to go. read more

My wife and I have been coming here for years and tonight we had the pleasure of being served by Jose. It was the best customer service we have experienced at this location. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the entire menu. He answered all of our questions, plus some. Our order was difficult (as usual) and it came out 100% correct. It was delicious and the best we have had in a while. Thank you Jose for making sure our dining experience was top notch! read more

Inside, the dining room is small, cramped, and there always to be a funky smell. Definitely not the place to hang out and watch a game. Get your food to go. Actually, I'd just go somewhere else altogether. Personally, I'm not a fan of their wings. The sauces' flavor is too overpowering, the wings are dry, and the sides should just be avoided. With all of that being said, I still haven't found a good wing place in lewisville. However, after giving this place a try, the search will have to continue. read more

A Vegetarian's Opinion I haven't tried other locations but apparently their policy is "you cannot purchase a side of sauce if you don't purchase chicken". Yes, it may be odd for a vegetarian to make purchases at a wing place, but, do note, McDonald's largest margin item are the sides, and I wouldn't expect it to be any different at Wingstop. Anyway, I love their fries and atomic sauce with ranch but haven't had them for some time (about a year) because of this. I'm gonna give it a go again tonight at a different location to see if this policy holds, or is true. If so, I may just give up in them all together. read more

I love WingStop! But that particular location has the WORST customer service ever. Every time I go it's an issue but this time took the cake! They messed up my order I called and was provided with a credit. When trying to use the credit the manager John was irate started yelling talking to me all crazy over the phone. He told me to contact cooperate and ask for a refund because he wasn't giving me anything! So I did that's just the worst especially if you like a place. But I guarantee you I will NEVER go there again. read more

Service was decent enough but the food was over seasoned. I mean seasonings make the meat in some instances but if you cannot tell whether you're eating chicken or rat then what's the point of paying too much for a chicken wing? read more

Ordered online and was told 13-18 minutes, I arrived shortly after that. To start with they couldn't locate my order, after a few minutes they found the online order. They told me to wait next to a table filled with orders. After about 5 minutes myself and half a dozen others were told to wait in the cold outside by a very rude manager. We waited 20-25 minutes and when we went back inside our orders were ready, stone cold but ready. read more
