The food here is not worth the hype. I don't know if this a location specific issue or not, as I never ordered from here before. I ordered the Philly (without bell peppers because real Philly steaks do not come with them or mushrooms, but I like mushrooms) combo with fries and a drink. The Philly was mainly mushroom and onions with a few steak bits in it. The bread was stale with hard, crunchy bits. The fries looked and tasted like they just refried them in the oil they make them in. I feel nauseous after eating a few bites of the sandwich and fries. The rest was trashed. I feel like all of the positive reviews are based on the portions they received, not food taste or quality, which is a major problem with a lot of restaurant reviews. Wing Dash is decent. It's not the best or worse wings I've had. The customer service is always great, they are very friendly. My last order, I got lemon pepper wings and fries. I could tell the oil was old, and that is always a bummer because it changes the flavor of the food. I've gone to the Wing Dash in Farmers Branch many times (before the pandemic) and I was overjoyed to see that they opened a location close to home. The wings are the right size for me, and cooked just right. The buffalo hot wings are saucy and vinegary, and the lemon pepper wings have just a hint of sweetness to them. The fried rice is cooked with sesame oil and gives it a unique flavor. My friends and co-workers like their philly cheesesteak, but I wouldn't know because I haven't gotten past how delicious their wings and fried rice is. read more

The food was great. hot crispy wings with tons of flavor. The fried rice was one of the best I've had from any chinese food place.(only one that is better hibachi) Having fried rice mixed with wings is a new idea for me but they said thats how its done in Chicago (I believe thats where they said) So much food. I would give the food a 4 stars, because I felt that the chili cheese fries were missing a little something like seasoning, although an hour passed before my partner and I decided to eat. The rice was great and the egg roll was crispy and cooked through evenly. Staff at the restaurant were polite and order was ready in a timely manner. Service gets 5 stars. read more

I ordered and the portions were so much more than I thought, it was like a buffet, only I paid for one big plate. The fries were overflowing out of my box which made me want to eat them. AND I DID! I will be branching out however, but the lemon pepper have this sweet finish to them that surpasses any lemon pepper I've tried anywhere else. Their shrimp fried rice is great as well. The Korean lady at the register is rude. Not friendly at all, I understand that restaurants are fast paced. But she kept rushing me. Bad first time experience. I thought this would be a really nice place. The bathroom was clean but the lady at the register was just not friendly at all. The menu doesn't clearly state that it's a chocolate cheese cake. We loved it here until we didn't. There was an issue with order accuracy and instead of being accountable and just fixing it, the blame game ensued and the owner/manager berated my husband for not checking the bagged up order before he left instead of making the order correctly in the first place. By the time he was home, he called and asked them to remake the entire Philly and wings again and was told that they would only remake the Philly. So driving back there making an unnecessary trip due to a mistake in their kitchen and you want to give him a partially warm order. The manager went so far as to pull the original order and smugly read it one by one to discover his cashier gave the order to the kitchen incorrectly and that my husband was right the entire time, never apologized for the uncalled for chaos.
