Very bad customer service. The drive through guy very rude and has a bad attitude. I asked nicely for some ketchup when they bring my food out the guy rolled his eyes at me. It's sad that you can go next-door to any other fast food place on the strip and get good customer service, but unfortunately, Whataburger does not hire those type of people. read more

I just went through the drive-through at this Whataburger and seriously had one of the best fast-food experiences I've ever had. The crew working tonight was incredible! Very friendly on the speaker, upbeat when I pulled up, and they had my order out quickly and perfectly. You could tell they were working really well together and actually enjoying their shift, which makes such a difference. Huge shoutout to the drive-through team tonight! Amazing customer service they are really nice and friendly and they don't mess your order up

A texas staple. I had never been to the south before but the patty melt seemed to be the move. I even took the table tent which apparently is a Dallas tradition (can anyone confirm ????). A Texas staple! They recently upped their lettuce game from all iceberg to mostly Romain. Fries are good but onion rings are excellent. Can't go wrong with burgers, but don't sleep on the chicken fingers. They come with a decent cream gravy unlike most fast food joints which just have bbq, mustard and standard dipping sauces. If you have a sweet tooth and want a caloric explosion, grab a bucket of shake (milk shake). This particular location seems well managed with quick service and clean facilities. read more

My FAVORITE location I've been to! 1st of all, the fries (for the majority of times I've gone) are super fresh, they're so fresh they're kind of too hot to eat (you know what I'm talking about) they're crispy, and salty and everything I would like expect for French fry. I get the mushroom Swiss burger for the most part, always *chefs kiss 2nd thing I love about this location is that the packaging and sandwich have always great for me. No sideways buns, it's all wrapped up nicely. And they're not shy with the mushrooms. 3rd thing, this is important-the soda is a 10. Spicy, good bubble to syrup ratio. (How's it's always supposed to be) 4th thing is that the staff always makes sure my sauces are in there. So far have never had an experience where I had to ask them to give me one because they forgot it. THANK YOU GUYS Honestly I was never a big whataburger person (not my first go to mostly) but this location is flavorful and on point, so I've become addicted. Texas + Whataburger = love. If you're not a fan of their burgers, there's something seriously wrong with you. Classic burger with the basic toppings, mustard no mayo (I always ask for Mayo) There are a lot of great things in the menu but at least try a burger on your first visit. Hint: if you want the freshest hot fries ask for "no salt" and salt them yourself. The onion rings, extra crispy are yummy! Now if you're looking for a yummy breakfast treat get the honey butter biscuit...that sauce is divine! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is cause the beverage area is always a mess. This location is truly TERRIBLE. Its gone downhill since they got rid of the good manager a couple years ago. The food safety is highly questionable. I go here twice a week and have for years. Every week for the last couple months, I've notified management that they've left the covers off the iced tea. Customers walking by, talking over the containers and some even coughing. (you're consuming more than iced tea). Every week now, there are error with the order and excessive wait times. Today I waited 30m for a burger and a pre-made salad. I could've gone to the grocery and made it myself (next time I will). They didnt even bother to start the meal until I questioned them. Then, they blamed it on fries. If it take you 30m to make fries, wow, you truly suck. My advice....go to a different location. This one sucks! read more

Family members wanted late night fast food... none of the burgers were correct. I didn't want to eat here but didn't really have a choice.

Drove up to drive thru and waited a good 2 to 3 minutes and no one came on the speaker to take our order. Drove around to the window and saw 1 car in front of us where a conversation was taking place for another 2 minute where laughing and carrying on was taking place all the while she sees us behind them. After another minute of witnessing it we finally just drove off and went on our way. Having worked in that industry in the past I know this is beyond unacceptable especially at 6:10 in the morning with zero acknowledgment what so ever on behalf of the workers at the window. read more
