We were the first one to enter when they opened so service was very nice didn't had to wait too long for our Togo order everything was made fresh . While waiting for our order we enjoyed their roasted peanuts. Once our number was called we picked our order upon checking I found the fries were little less compared to our previous place where they give extra scoop of fries ( very generous portions always) which was taken care off by Johnathan quickly he made our day we love their fresh fries perfect crispy from outside & soft from inside.... It's been years some I've eaten at Five Guys but I met with my parents recently and we decided to come here. When I was going to FG regularly the burgers had become inconsistent in flavor so I backed off. I looked over the menu but ordered my usual, a little bacon cheeseburger with a small cajun fry. Service was good and our orders were done pretty quickly.Everything looked delicious, fries were not as plentiful as I was used to but they still give alot. The burger hit not gon lie, it had good flavor, the bacon was crispy and the toppings were all fresh. Everything is still pricey but that's everywhere, but after having this meal I'm open to adding FG back into my burger rotation. read more

Just tried to use the promo FGAFTERPARTY for BOGO burgers. Promo applied. That was the not the problem. But their app was just glitching upon payment. I tried three times and kept getting the error (image) when trying to pay. I tried different cards so that was not the issue. I finally just decided to walk in to see if they could get it to work or apply to BOGO at the register. 4 different employees walked up and all were unable to get it to work and unwilling to apply the BOGO at the register. As I'm standing there to try one final time, one of the me behind the counter yells at me that they're out of bacon so if I wanted that on any of my burgers I was SOL. Will never be back. I will continue to prefer mooyah! It was more convenient today to go to five guys for a burger but I truly regret it. Walking through the door I was happily greeted by the young men at the grill, but as I read the menu a young lady stepped up to the register with her hat pulled down where I could not see her face, and she spoke in a voice I could barely hear "what can I get you" ? I said I'd like a double cheeseburger with... And she asked if I wanted that in a combo with fries and drink and I said no thank you. She had an annoyed look on her face when I did see her face and I asked if she was having a bad day... She just glared at me and asked if I wanted onions... I was shocked to be treated so poorly with no context. I asked if they had raw onions and instead of answering she just tapped on the order screen. Ask her how big the different sizes of fries are and she just raised her hands and turned around towards the manager after giving me another glare. Then I asked to the group of five guys if I can speak to the manager. George came up and introduced himself as the manager. I said I don't know what's going on with the young lady, but she should not be treating customers with glares and looks of disgust. George showed me the container for the fries and I finished my order. I encouraged him to look at the cameras to get some clue but I have a feeling all they will see is her hat covering her face. Go to mooyah. The burger today was excellent, but I won't return when they have people that mistreat customers. I should probably alert the area manager. Yes, the employees were young and I was promptly greeted and served. I don't usually rate a fast food restaurant on the colors or music, but they were pleasant enough. I was first introduced to Five Guys when it was just a Northern Virginia/DC area chain. A good basic burger, lotsa fries (which are also very good) but way overpriced, which is typical for the DC area. Unfortunately, they chose to bring their DC pricing with them when they migrated west. For two burgers, a large order of fries, and two drinks it cost us more than $30. For what they offer, you can get the same good, basic burger at McKinney's One and Only Burger, also with lotsa good fries, but at a little better price. We love the Burgers. A little bacon cheeseburger "all the way" is about as good as it gets when it comes to burgers. The meat is high quality and the ingredients are fresh. We also love their Cajun style fries. They are delicious. My 3 star review is due to the filthiness of the restaurant. This is our 3rd time to come in 2 months and every time we come we have to ask to have the tables cleaned. Today we waited for 5 minutes to clean a table because every empty table was dirty. To make matters worse they were out of vanilla shakes and there was no ketchup in the dispenser. I think there's ample evidence that local management is killing a great brand. We continue to wait when it's done they call my order and just place three burgers in my hand, which I know is not normal. I said I also ordered fries. This employee cluelessly does a full circle like he doesn't know what fries are (seriously). He snags the cup of fries that sat there for about 25 plus minutes since I was there and proceeds to literally hand me the cup! I said hey chief this goes in a bag, and he says, you are right my bad. Then again set the fries down and about 2 minutes later hands me the bag with those same fries set inside. I also know five guys dumps fries in the bag and then sets a cup full inside! This is not what I got!!! The fries were soggy and cold to the touch. The burger that I also assume was sitting there since I ordered also was super cold. I'm no Ken but I paid and wanted a hot and fresh order. The bun also looked like it took a bath in ketchup and mustard as well. Cold burger, soggy fries that were no way a large. Five guys is the best burger place on the planet. Toppings: Free Every time I come here, I leave happier than a kid at Disneyland. Somehow, they know exactly how to cook these burgers to perfection, reminding me of an excellent southern BBQ and my parents backyard parties. The order of ingredients piled on the burger is perfect as well. Ask for the fries to be Cajun styled and thank me later. Only problem is that the price for drinks are kinda expensive for a typical coke machine but I blame inflation for that one- 5 guys could never be to blame. The burger may come out a little funky and the bun may be a little smushed but that's how you know it's AUTHENTIC FYI- the perfect burger is as follows: bacon burger with ketchup, Mayo, grilled mushrooms, pickles, and a tomato. I've went twice to this location only because it's near my house but I'd rather go to the location in Plano! Although the place is very clean. That's why it gets two stars! At least every time I show up there is a tall white man yelling at his employees and being rude which sucks cus how do you think you can actually keep employees by being rude to them and rushing them around. Really good! My husband loves it. Kids love it. Husband always prefers this place when it's burger night. We would come more often if it wasn't so expensive. We usually have always enjoyed going to Five Guys at 380 and Hardin but NOT today! We placed an order online. It stated it would be ready in 6-12 minutes. From the time I left my house and left Five Guys it was 30 minutes. I stood there while they cooked burgers and 2 of my 3 items were sitting on the counter getting cold. I had to ask them to put the hot dog on and waited about 5 or more minutes. Finally bagged and waiting for fries and waiting and waiting. Finally my bag was given to me and I left. Arrived home and opened the sack all to find part of my order missing!! Location was being run without any leadership and food was sitting way too long before being wrapped up to be kept warm. Told them I had celiac and they assured me they would take proper food handling precautions. I broke out in a bad rash from cross contamination.
