the past two times i've been here they have given me so much meat on my sandwich to the point where i cannot taste anything else. there's barely any veggies and like 2 strands of lettuce on it. i can barely tell that it's mikes way because they put SO much meat on it. i don't think ill be coming back here, which sucks cause i love jersey mikes. :/ read more

Employees refused to cut my Sandwich in half, because it was a hot sub. I mentioned all other Jersey Mike's have cut them when I ordered a hot sub. I asked for this after I ordered. I asked if this was in writing and the female employee said no. I again mentioned this had never been an issue at any other locations and suggested they should post a sign or advise when ordering hot subs. Plus drowned the sub with the mustard. They could have washed the knife afterwards. I told them their customer Plastic knife would not cut the bread. The bread is always dense and fillings slide out. That is why I wanted it cut . I personally do like the bread. Will take my future Jersey Mike locations I usually frequent! read more

I was here the other day and it took 30 minutes for me to receive one sandwich because no one thought to tell me until afterwards that the bread I ordered it on was frozen and they had to thaw it. I usually have no issue at this location, but lately the sense of urgency has gone downhill. Today was by far the worst . I told the slicer that I was having the same sub as the person in front of me so he could slice both at one time. He ignored me and sliced the one sub , once he was done I told him again what I was having and he cut my bread so that one side had little to no bread on it just crust( cut at a horrible angle) I was informed by another shift lead that he is unable to do more than one sub at a time which is very frustrating for anyone in line! Sense of urgency should still exist when it's slow especially when most people are on break from work around 11/12. read more

Another great sandwich at this shop. All clerks in masks and super friendly and helpful. I got the big kahuna-had lots of meat_mushrooms/onions in a toasted bun. There are a couple tables to sit at but took mine home to eat it. Easy to find off Hebron, not many parking spaces though. I recommend this location. read more

We eat there every Monday for lunch. We have gotten to know the manager and his wife. They are an amazing couple. The food is amazing!

Just find somewhere else to go. I ordered a sub in a tub -- The meat slicer was disgusting, the young girl with the goofy baby hairs that sliced the meat had an attitude when I asked them to fix the meat she SLAPPED in the tub, the kid dressing the order wasn't paying attention when I asked for no vinegar. I just told them to keep it and left. The service at almost every location has gone downhill, mostly due to these kids they hire. Find a mom & pop sandwich shop, that'll gladly appreciate your business . read more

Ordered a pick up order on the app on 12/19/24, was told by the app that pick up time would be 1:09 PM, arrived at that time in order was not ready. The young man doing the bagging appeared to be lost and really didn't have a response when I ask about my order. Long story short, I finally had sandwich in hand at 1:30 PM, 20 minutes late. Win for North Carrollton! New Jersey Mike's location serving up excellent sandwiches. Got a regular #8 Mike's way and took only 2 minutes to make. They were busy making Togo orders. Employees were friendly and had masks on (COVID19 era). Plenty of meat, veggies, and flavor. Wasn't over mayonnaise. I'll be back and highly recommend. read more

I'm not going to provide any additional details as it most likely no action plan will come from it. To the Franchise Owner Khris - I have been a loyal JMike customer for the last several years that the franchise in DFW region. Was thrilled a couple yrs back when you opened the old Denton store. Very close to our home. The quality started off excellent / but compared to other stores I use in the region - your Carrollton Store has slipped tremendously. I get it with Staff shortages etc. But somehow the stores on tollway- plano - north Dallas elsewhere Still maintain the Jersey Mikes Way. Last night we wanted something fresh and delicious. We finally decided to get sandwiches from Jersey Mike's. Arrive to be be greeted by two you men, who were exceptionally polite and helpful. Tyler and James answered all my questions and listened to my requests and explained and followed my instructions to perfection. We had a very pleasant conversation. Of course the sandwiches and the Stubborn Root Beer they recommended for my husband were excellent. However, I think their smiles and conversations as well as their perfect service contributed as much to the enjoyment of our dinner as the always fresh ingredients! Absolutely the worst restaurant experience ever!!! Avoid this place at all costs! Placed $50+ order online, went to pick up on time @ 12 pm and I was told twice I already picked it up. Then Knox said DoorDash or someone else took it and it happens a lot. I saw multiple orders out front and behind the counter and was nice and understanding however Knox was very rude and snapped at me and said they would have to re make the order. I told them I was sorry someone took the order but to not get upset with me. There was a line of customers that all got served before me... 5 employees in line and then nobody else in line or in the restaurant! It wasn't until I got back in the empty line and had to manage my own order and mention contacting corporate which I do plan on doing. (All employees just standing there and nobody doing anything except one person cutting the meat...) The line was moving at a snails pace while I stood behind the counter for 18 minutes for the 're make' I asked if they would consider keeping all online orders behind the counter or the larger ones at the very least. I grew up in the restaurant business and managed much larger restaurants. VERY poor customer service and employee training. My family and I will be eating at your competitor (JJ) where my son worked. I'm in the industry so I know how things should operate. I placed an online order and it gave me an ETA of 15 minutes. I showed up on time just to wait another 20. There were 3 Doordashers in front of me waiting, in which no orders have been processed yet. There were about 6 people in the line ordering. They were proritozing the people in the store versus the one's who ordered online. The kicker is, there were literally 7 people working behind the counter, 2 of which were doing nothing. This poor lady was trying pull together the online orders but couldn't get the people running the food line to prioritize. I watched this go down for 20 minutes. I felt horrible for her because she was getting chewed out by so many people. Finally I got my order and it was wrong. Both orders I placed asked for extra bacon, that we didn't get. They charged an extra 1.35 for that. If you are going to charge $13 for a sandwich there's standard, and they just don't hold up to that standard. This is clearly a management issue, however, your team members get the brunt of it. Not cool. read more

Out of the 100+ times I've been to this location, my order was only ever messed up once by accident. Great consistency, and a great place to get my sandwich. The staff know me by face now and it's a quick hand off to get my sandwich through the app. In total I spend about 30 seconds in the store when I order online, and come back home to eat a really well made sandwich. For the price it is, it's easily worth getting the giant for a good dinner! read more

To the owner of this facility, I believe your name is Khris or Kris, or Chris; either way, your stores quality stinks. It's a crap shoot as to what one will get on any given day. One day the food is good, and the rest not so, not sure if it's your employees, managers, or you trying to squeeze as much blood out of a dollar as the next business owner. I like supporting small businesses, but it's places like yours ripping off your customers that drive people like me away. I get it, food cost are high, etc, and you raise your prices to compensate, but that's no excuse for bad food quality. Less ingredients, less toppings, etc. if you don't fix your serious issues, eventually you will go out of business, because you chased away your customers to other Jersey Mikes. BTW, your a franchise, I wonder what corporate Jersey Mikes would say to your lackluster business dealings? Hmmmm, ya might think about that before stealing from your customers. Sandwiches getting smaller in overall size and less and less meat/toppings every time I go.

Stopped by to pick up a sandwich tonight. Ordered curbside because it was cold outside, and wanted to stay in the car. I waited around 20 minutes after I hit the "I'm here" button on the app to get my food. Not sure if it was something to do with their system, or the staff ignoring my lights shining through their windows in an attempt to get their attention. I have went to another location and they have never taken more than 5 minutes to bring my food out to me, so this surprised me. The food was good, but the service not so much. read more
