a menu for a ramen restaurant

Location/Parking: Sakari is located in a food court in the Asia Time Square. There is a lot of parking at this shopping center. Food: We ordered the miso ramen, shrimp tempura, and pork katsu plate. The broth of the ramen is good! The noodles were chewy and good. The shrimp tempura was on the small side but it was still good. The pork katsu was cooked a lil too long but thankfully it was still good. The portion for the pork katsu is on the small side for the price. Overall, the food is good and I'm glad I was able to get my Japanese fix in the Dallas area.

Sakari is located within the food hall at Asia Times Square. Orders are placed at the counter and then you're given a buzzer for when your order is ready The food hall is opening seating. I ordered the birria ramen spicy and it was delicious. Incredibly flavorful and not too spicy at all. This was a huge bowl. Highly recommend!

Sakari is the place for excellent ramen at the Asia Times Square food court. We have been here 4 times and have always been impressed with the quality of the broth and the amount of toppings. Always get an extra soft-boiled egg - their marinade recipe makes the difference for the soft-boiled eggs! Also get the chase pork bun appetizer - ethereally tender and delicious chasu pork in tender steamed Japanese style buns starts your meal off right!! 5 delicious food court ramen stars

Perfect place to hang out or after hard day at work. The foods are delicious and bring great joy for everyone. Service is good and outstanding.

The customer service was horrible. The server took the table number so my takoyaki didn't even come until 5+ minutes later because the server was giving it to someone else until i had to ask again for the takoyaki. The tonkotsu ramen was cold, they never asked for the different levels of spices for me nor anything else! The ramen noodles were cold, the broth wasn't even hot and it was overall disappointing to me since I am a server at a ramen place. Overall it wasn't the best for me and I didn't like it.

This is located inside Asia Time Square, tried this out with my parent, it wasn't to their liking because they're not use to it. To me it was alright, nothing too special but the meat do seem tender. I mainly had the takoyaki which was mouth burning hot which I don't mind. Usually some of these are crispy but this one is not, doesn't really affect me as long as the inside consistency is mushy. It has a pretty big piece of octopus inside so that's a plus! 4/5 out of 5 star, nothing bad to say about it but also nothing much to say.

Let me start off by saying, I'm NO ramen connoisseur by any means. This was actually my first time having ramen after like 2-3 years. This is at a food court so I didn't have very high expectations, but I will say I was pleased. I asked the employee there what was their most popular ramen and she told me the tonkotsu ramen so I took her recommendation and that's what I got. It has pork in it with corn, half an egg, and scallions. The broth was EXTREMELY flavorful and I was very happy about that! I read some of the previous reviews and thought it may not be that great but to me it was tasty. My food was nice and hot and came out quickly. I'd come back again.

The tonkotsu ramen was decent for a food court ramen. Lemon ramen sounds interesting. I'll definitely come back to explore more of the menu.

    Chashu buns delicious! Just tiny

Had the karaage bowl on one visit (which was good but a little too much sauce poured over it) and the bao buns more recently. The chashu in the buns were SO good, just wish there was a bit more than one slice in each bun

This place is in the new food court of Asia Times Square,I ordered the Pork Katsu and Takoyaki,They both were really good, especially the salad that came with the katsu ! The price is very reasonable too, will definitely come back to try the dry ramen!

Tried the spicy Tonkotsu Ramen today and I was really enjoyed it. The portion size is quite large, but it was so good that I finished the whole bowl in one sitting. The cashier was friendly and helpful, the food court is clean and spacious.

If you're a fan of oyster AND katsu, this dish is for you! This is probably one of my favorites on their menu along with lemon shoyu ramen. Haven't been disappointed.

I ordered the pork katsu, and it was very presentable! The katsu is very well cooked and the crunch is also there! I also love the rice and the salad on the side. Would totally recommend this dish if you're a fan of pork katsu!

Very small portions- they gave 2 very thin slices of Chashu and their pork bone broth taste like it was made with powder mix.

The space feels intimate and welcoming, the kind of spot where the steam from the bowls fogs up the windows and time slows down just enough to enjoy your meal. The ramen is where Kintaro really shines. The broth is deeply flavored and comforting, rich without feeling heavy, and clearly simmered with care. Every sip feels intentional. The noodles have that perfect bite, springy and substantial, soaking up the broth without going soft. Toppings are generous and well balanced, especially the pork, which is tender and savory and melts into the broth in the best way. What really sells the experience is how everything works together. The warmth of the space, the aroma of the kitchen, and the layered flavors in the bowl create something that feels less like a quick meal and more like a small ritual. It's the kind of place you want to linger, finishing the last drops of broth even when you're already full. Kintaro isn't flashy or overhyped. It's just solid, soulful ramen served in a space that feels like a refuge. If you're craving something comforting and satisfying, this is absolutely the spot.

I am surprised despite the popularity, the wait was not long at all and we were able to get seat almost immediately. For the first time, we ordered 2 appetizers - shrimp tempura and gyoza, not particularly outstanding, but they came out fast! As we were diving into our appetizers, the ramen was ready for us. I had the Spicy Miso Special (with mild spice) and my boyfriend had the Hinodeya special with medium spice. I personally like mine better because it was creamy and super flavorful compared to the Hinodeya special. My boyfriend tends to get stomach ache and fee bloated if he eats too much MSG. But he didn't feel any of those symptoms. To him, it was one of the biggest indicators if that is a good ramen or not. For the second time, we ordered takoyaki and karaage. Again, nothing too outstanding. This time, my boyfriend had what I had last time and I ordered the Tonkatsu special (no pic, sorry!). Maybe because of the lack of spice, I still prefer the Spicy Miso Special over Tonkatsu (Tonkatsu ramen is always my go-to in ramen spots). Regardless, we enjoyed our meals very much in both times. I think we have found our go-to ramen spot in DFW area!

Tonight I started off with…read moresome tempura shrimp which was served at the perfect temperature and had the perfect amount of crunch and no oily texture. The appetizer also came with a decent amount of pieces (I think 5?). After this I ordered the spicy miso special ramen which was superb. They give you the option to change the spiciness which I appreciated because sometimes you want something very spicy and sometimes you don't. Everything in the ramen was fantastic: the egg was gooey, the pork melted in my mouth, and the noodles were firm without being overcooked. The broth was seasoned so well and super yummy to where I didn't feel the need to add anything to my bowl. My total for my food plus a soda came to about $30 which is typical for the amount I got. I'd say it was definitely worth it! I will say, if you're a bit messy like I am, to wear a dark colored shirt since you may leave with a few broth stains. (Still worth it).

Not a problem since we enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoying our drinks. The bartenders were great, fast and very friendly. I appreciate that before pouring my wine, the one bartender put in a lot of effort to buffing my glass. I ordered a plum wine to start, which is always delicious and sweet. We were seated a little earlier than 20 minutes, but unfortunately weren't greeted for a bit following that. They were super busy though. Our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable, and we stuck with splitting apps versus getting ramen. We ordered the shishito peppers, karaage, takoyaki, and edamame. To drink, we ordered and split the hot sake. The first plates came out pretty quickly, and were hot and delicious. Our hot sake took a while to be delivered, and we had to ask our waiter to double check it was still on the way. Then when it arrived, we had to fight off a bunch of gnats that kept landing on the bottle. I guess they wanted to party, too! The shishito peppers were definitely my favorite. They were perfectly coated in sauce and flavoring. The karaage was tender and tastes especially good when paired with the watermelon. takoyaki was served hot and it's a blast watching the Bonita flakes dance on the balls. The edamame, while good, needed to be stirred up because the salt distribution was heavy on certain pieces. We wished we could order dessert, but felt a bit rushed by the server. It was a little before 10pm, so we understand they're off at 11pm, but as a former server there's definitely better ways to keep up with the closing process that feels less intrusive to the patrons. Overall, we had a blast at Wabi house and the food was great. Maybe we went on an off night for service, but overall will definitely be back again!!
