When you walk in you're immediately greeted by the sweet staff who care about your experience. I ordered the Sapporo Gara Broth with Miso and I liked everything about it from the ramen, chicken and pork. I also ordered the California rolls and those were pretty good too. The restaurant itself was clean and amazing. I would recommend this place and world most definitely come back.

I really wanted to like this place since I enjoyed the food when this was a Chinese restaurant. The decor is cute and clean with limited seating, but since it wasn't full the amount of space was fine. We got there during happy hour and were told the hot sake was on happy hour, but when we ordered, the waitress asked if we wanted a small or large and I told her whatever one was listed on the happy hour menu. She told us they both are the same so of course we opted for large. However, the large was a higher price. The reviews were fairly good but the menu must have changed from the pictures on this page. The fried squid wasn't the full squid but more like bar-style calamari that was reheated since it came out soggy. The fried soft shell crab was actually tasty. The tonkatsu ramen is not what you typically see at other area ramen locations. This was made with pork katsu, which was unfortunately undercooked so my husband was sick for 2 days. The ramen broth was good though. Giving this 3 stars overall because of the cleanliness, decent soft shell crab and ramen broth and ease of location... but would give 2.5 stars since the front staff wasn't clear or attentive and the rest of our order was not good.

Sapporo Gara broth was really good and the meat was soft and tender. It was a little salty but the portion was huge. One thing to note is that their avocado yogurt and mango puree wasn't good. It doesn't taste much like avocado even though they used the real fruit. I think it is the yogurt.

We were in the mood for some Ramen, and I wanted to try a new location. We settled on Itadaki. This restaurant is a small store but still has plenty of tables. You sit down and order at the table. The service was very good for us. The wait staff are very helpful if you have questions about the ramen types. For the food I had Sapporo Gara Broth ramen. I ordered mine with miso broth. This ramen comes with chicken and pork. So, it cost a dollar more for two meats. The broth was very tasty, not spicy at all. I do like some spices, so I may order it with some spice next time. Plenty of food at a great price. We did have an appetizer first, it was the Gyoza pan seared very good. Food came out fast not much of a wait. For a nice touch at the end of our meal the server brought out two slices of watermelon. That was very nice, I really liked that. I'm not sure if that is an all the time thing or not. But it is a good idea. On the menu you have plenty of other items Bento boxes, chicken meals cooked with different sauces. Fried rice, Udon and Soba. All looks very good.

My eldest daughter was craving ramen, and we were around the area, I read some reviews and decided to go there. It was really good, staff was very attentive and service was so fast; prices are reasonable. Ambience was very nice and very clean. Definitely coming back.

I have heard a lot of good things about this ramen restaurant that opened in the last year. I tend to avoid Collins and Cooper, if I can, but it was Saturday and I was running errands so I thought I would pop in. There were three women sitting behind the counter who told me to just sit anywhere. One of them immediately brought me a menu and asked what I wanted to drink. She brought me a glass with ice, and a bottle of water. I really try to avoid single use plastic as much as I can and asked her if they had water that wasn't bottled, she just told me they don't charge for it and walked away. Environment be damned, I guess. The service didn't get much better after that. The table was clear when I sat down, but apparently had not been wiped down because there were soup spots all over it. There were only three other tables occupied and the women spent most of the time I was there on their phones, so it wasn't that they were busy. Then, my soup came out. And it was piping hot. Which I love. Soup needs to be HOT, and I have been to a few ramen places who send it out just warmed. The ramen was good. The noodles were chewy, in the best way. The egg perfectly cooked. The chashu was very tender. You could see that it had spice on it, but it wasn't spicy, however it was very flavorful. If I were judging just on the ramen I would have rated it better. My only complaint with the food, because of the shape of the bowls and spoon, it is not easy to get the last of the soup that has all the delicious bits left behind. Alas, they were left behind. The check was dropped down while I was still eating, and you pay at the counter. The ramen price is about on par with Ramen Izakaya Akira, in Lewisville, but I think only one is worth going out of your way for.

I've been here a few times now, and every single visit has been great--the food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistent. Even something as simple as the miso appetizer really stands out with how tasty and well-made it is. The whole menu has a comforting, homemade feel but with that extra touch of quality that makes you want to come back again and again. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff are welcoming, and it's just one of those spots that makes you feel good every time you go. I'd definitely recommend checking it out--you might end up finding your new go-to place.

I was in the mood for ramen and my bf found this place for us. It seems newer since there were few menus so we wanted to try it out!! We were a bit surprised that there wasn't any Tonkotsu, or other typical dishes from Ramen restaurants but we were open to anything. We got the Kara Miso Sapporo Gara Broth and Shio Sapporo Gara Broth. Both were incredibly flavorful and the Kara Miso satisfied my craving and much much more. They were very generous with the servings of meat and everything added in the dish was delicious and filling. I had to take some home. We also got chicken karaage which was crispy but not oily! Very flavorful as well. Service was quick, and our servers were attentive. They gave us some watermelon after our meal as well ^.^ Will be showing this place to my friends and family.

Perfect cold weather destination on Monday night. Parking was complimentary and we got sat right away. Ambiance was intimate and cozy. Server was attentive and friendly. The owner, Alex, was helpful and recommended SAPPORO GARA BROTH Ramen. We ordered that with miso and shio in low sodium broth and chicken karage. They also offered Bento boxes on the menu. The ramen hit the spot and karage was delicious too. Great experience and we will be back.

I was in Arlington and wanted some ramen, so I stopped by Itadaki Ramen -- and wow, it did not disappoint! I got the chicken miso ramen with light sodium and it was super yummy The mango purée with avocado yogurt drink was also delicious and really refreshing. The staff were so nice, friendly, and helpful, and the owner was the sweetest! I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Arlington.

Came here last minute for some ramen and want wasn't dissapointed. It's a small location with good flavors. They offer a few variations of ramen and appetizers.

This is a new spot near our house! The service is so friendly and amazing! The ambiance is nice. They have a lot of tables and on top of soda and water they also have sake, wine and beer! The ramen is really good! Perfect for a cold rainy day. I had a chicken and pork ramen dish. The food came out quick. It's also in a plaza so it's got ample parking. Will definitely be back!

The chicken karaage is pretty good. I dipped it in some sauce I had at home (got my order delivered) and it was great. I was extremely disappointed in the ramen. This place has ramen in its name, so I assumed it would be tasty. Unfortunately, the meat (chicken and pork) was under seasoned and so was the broth. Overall, the meal was pretty flavorless. I had to add my own stuff to both the broth and the chicken. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place. Delivery was quick, so that was a plus.

The space feels intimate and welcoming, the kind of spot where the steam from the bowls fogs up the windows and time slows down just enough to enjoy your meal. The ramen is where Kintaro really shines. The broth is deeply flavored and comforting, rich without feeling heavy, and clearly simmered with care. Every sip feels intentional. The noodles have that perfect bite, springy and substantial, soaking up the broth without going soft. Toppings are generous and well balanced, especially the pork, which is tender and savory and melts into the broth in the best way. What really sells the experience is how everything works together. The warmth of the space, the aroma of the kitchen, and the layered flavors in the bowl create something that feels less like a quick meal and more like a small ritual.
