The food & service were awesome! We stopped here on our way home from Dallas, needed to kill some time for traffic to die down. We got a large vegetable pho, vegetable spring rolls & crab rangoons. It all came out fast and delicious. The pho was the best veggie pho I've had & I really liked that she asked if we wanted beef, chicken or vegetable broth, I chose vegetable due to my special diet needs. Most pho places that I've been to don't have that option so I don't get to enjoy the pho like I did when I could eat meat. I also got the strawberry lemonade with pooping pearls, it had lots of fruit in it too, super delicious. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area. read more

We were immediately greeted and seated by the friendly staff. We started with the Crab Rangoon which was crispy and delicious. I was not impressed with the Pho; flavorless to me and the bean sprouts were a bit brown on the ends but the mint was fresh. Very friendly staff! I was looking forward to my favorite grilled pork Vietnamese dish, but they do not serve pork. Fantastic spring rolls! They have a sign advertising "lunch specials" which is typically a smaller portion at a smaller price. Their lunch special is a free fried egg roll added to your regularly priced meal. The food was beautifully prepared, chicken and steamed vegetables, but did not have a lot of flavor. It was also unpleasant to hear customers talking on speaker with their phone or listening to the staff play videos on their phones. Just pop in some ear buds and let the rest of us enjoy our meal. Yummy Pho really lived up to its name! The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, and the restrooms were impressively clean. The service was excellent--our server kept our water filled without us ever having to ask, packed up my leftovers to go, and even gave me an extra side of veggies to bring home, which was a really nice touch. We ordered the extra-large Bun Bo Hue, which wasn't an option on the regular menu, but they still made it for us anyway. Each bowl was $20 and came packed with a ton of tender meats that added great texture, along with a generous portion of vegetables. We also had the fresh spring rolls for $5, which were tasty and refreshing. Overall, I'd say it's great quality and a good value for your money. One thing I would suggest is adding pork blood to the Bun Bo Hue, with the option to leave it out for people who don't prefer it. I think it would elevate the dish even more. Speaking of seasonings we decided to try a new Vietnamese restaurant before we stuff ourselves with traditionally meals of Christmas. A very comfortable environment. The staff were very attentive. We started with Streamed Dumplings. Our entrees were Flat Noodles with shrimp and Dark Meat (Chicken) Pho. Really enjoyed dinner at Yummy Pho last night. We were welcomed as soon as we opened the doors but were given enough time to look over the menu before we made our choices. I had the light/dark meat chicken pho--had a LOT of meat and plenty of veggies and noodles. The stock was flavorful and not salty. My husband had the beef stew--which was more like a soup, but again really tasty. We both ordered large bowls--so there is plenty for a second meal.
