Today I was craving Pita Hot, but I wanted something fresh. Inspiration struck: I could make my own…read moretabbouleh bowl! One of the wonderful things about Pita Hot is that you can order dishes a la carte. I got a side of shawarama meat with tahini and a medium tabbouleh, and the portions were great!!! Behold: a gorgeous, fresh tabbouleh shawarama salad. I also ordered one of their coffee drinks for the first time. I really liked the cardamom latte: it was at a great price point, and not too sweet. I will definitely be coming back!

But where Pita Hot sets itself apart from those places is the community. When you walk in, you're greeted with smiles, a question about how your day is, and if you've been there a few times, a quick "how's the wife and kids?" Although some people may see the price tags and wince, they do not skimp on portions. They will fill your plate to the absolute brim, give you one huge pita, and send you on your way. The flavors on the food are nothing to scoff at either. The hummus, tabbouleh, and beef skewer are absolute hits. Flavorful bites with the perfect amount of balance between the acidity of the tabbouleh, the light and rich hummus, and the meatiness of the beef. The shrimp skewer is tasty as well but not something I think I'd get again. The rice pairs well with everything, and as I've mentioned before, the humongous pita they give you is delicious as well. A three skewer plate is enough for two people! All in all, Pita Hot has been around this long for a reason. Their business model and recipes are tried and true. Overall, 9/10.

If you have even the slightest interest in coming here, DO IT!! It won't disappoint!…read more The menu offers a variety of Mediterranean and Lebanese dishes to choose from, some with a Mexican twist like Tacos Arabes! I recommend the Les Amis Platter for little bit of their staples! The ambiance in here is unique. The exterior and interior have a special feeling that immerses you to an authentic Mediterranean space. I'd like to add that the complimentary pita chips and hummus is a great touch! I met the owner and she's an admirable woman, she's kind and passionate about sharing her cuisine. Perfect place for a date night, birthday, fun dinner-hangout or simply for a a good meal!

I got a seat with a bit of sunlight coming in from the window and that felt like the perfect touch. Avery is so kind. She immediately mentioned the Soup of the Day and the blend for the herb water and I knew I had to get both! They rotate both out every single day depending on what they have on hand, which is a great indicator that they source their ingredients fresh. The soup was puréed eggplant with a coconut milk or cream base and it was the creamiest eggplant dish I'd ever had in my life. Very smooth, no seeds. I didn't even know eggplant could get to that consistency. It's a beautiful soup and I would come back just for that. Arabic tea was not as strong as I'd had in other restaurants but for a nice dining place like this, I think it's good that it wasn't so bitter. Maybe it's also because I dunked a whole packet of honey in mine beforehand Beef stew was great. There were only a few beef chunks but if you're a fan of the vegetable you're choosing (I love zucchini so that worked out well for me), then it's a perfect portion for one. I can't believe I've just been passing this gem behind for so long! Will definitely come back with some company next time around.

My favorites are the chicken kebab and Mediterranean salad, but I love their feta fries and rice and hummus too. Service can be a little on the slow side when it's really crowded, but that's kinda expected at a sit down restaurant, right? I love sitting in the little side room because it's decorated soo cute! The strung lights and lanterns are such a vibe. Can't get enough of this place!

It has fresh Mediterranean food and the interior is nicely decorated. It is located in a strip mall with a large free parking garage in the back. Very convenient. I ordered their beef and chicken kabob plate with a side of mushrooms and potatoes. The kabobs were tasty but the beef one was quite dry surprisingly. The chicken kabob in fact was quite tasty. The mushrooms and potatoes were cold and over salted. My friend ordered their lamb burger (medium rare) with a side of salad. Unfortunately the burger was well done and didn't taste as good. The side salad portion was good and you can tell it was made fresh. As for the service it was quite interewsting. While we were looking over the menu several different staff memebers asked if we were ready to order. Let me just say that this place was half empty and I can tell they were antzy to our order started. As for the rest of the meal , our waitress took forever to refill our beverages which was diet coke and ice team. Mixed review on service. Overall, I would give this place another chance and order another item to try.

There is plenty of parking around the restaurant. We dined inside, but they also have a semi-enclosed patio in front with fans and heat lamps. Their inside dining room is the smallest of the other local Panini locations I have visited. I had the Beef Koobideh Kabob plate with two skewers, the Mediterranean salad, and basmati rice, $20.99). It only cost $3 more to get two skewers instead of one, a no-brainer. This is a huge plate of food! There is a lot of meat which is cooked perfectly and very flavorful. It also comes with a skewer of roasted vegetables. The salad is big, with lots of feta cheese on top, and the homemade balsamic vinaigrette was delicious. The serving of rice is huge, and has a little saffron on top. The side of tzatziki is also a generous size. I ended up taking a half skewer of beef and a lot of rice home to enjoy later. She had the Fresh Norwegian Salmon kabob plate, also with the Mediterranean salad, and basmati rice, $22.99). She had a side of the spicy red bell pepper hummus. This plate comes with the same large serving of salad and rice, and one skewer each of salmon pieces and roasted vegetables. She also enjoyed her plate, and also had plenty left over to bring home. Our server Lestat (yes, he is named after a vampire and is asked about his name often) was very friendly and provided great service. Several other staff members also checked on us often. Their food is healthy, delicious, and a good value. We will continue to order delivery and/or dine in here.
