Very friendly and helpful staff. The pho, ramen and bubble tea are great. Their chasu pork is super tender and tastes amazing.

Very good tasting pho. Excellent shrimp roll. Kind owner. Out of the way for us, but worth it. read more

Fantastic, just as we remembered from their previous establishment in Uniontown, PA. My family loves their sushi - every roll we had was phenomenal, but a few of our favorites are Nguyen's fusion, angry shrimp, wheel of fortune, and spicy tiger. We also got to try the Pho (thank you, Kevin, we never had pho before) which was filling and delicious. It had a little kick, which we enjoyed. They also offer two sauces at the table to kick it up a notch or sweeten it up. Both sauces were good. Besides the amazing food, their service is always top notch. Katy and Kevin treat you like family. My son chose Saigon for his birthday dinner, so we drove over an hour for it. It was totally worth it and we will definitely be back. They also offer a large variety of boba tea, which my kids love. One thing to note is that there are very few tables for dining in, so if you have a large group, you may need to plan ahead. Trust me, try this place and you will not be disappointed. read more

Had to knock a star off my review as they don't answer their phone and decided to close at 7:45 on a Saturday. And still no delivery option. This place is awesome! I'm a huge fan of Pho this is one of the best yet! I especially liked the take out. The way it was prepared and the portion sizes were spot on! Also had their spring rolls and the pork sandwich. Both were great. Will definitely be going back. read more

The best pho in Pittsburgh and their smoothies are unreal! Everyone has to try this place out once you won't be disappointed.

Best Sushi and Ramen!!!Staff is very professional and nice. Such a beautiful relaxing atmosphere

Not only is their food and boba phenomenal, their service is the best in Robinson. Always friendly and smiling, quick and efficient. By far the best boba i've ever had! Can't recommend it enough! read more

Must be good! it was so crowded we didn't get in! Next time I hope we get in. The smells were delicious

Saigon 88 is a fantastic little family owned and operated business in the heart of Robinson Twp. The sushi is excellent and very reasonably priced! The pho is my personal favorite, a perfect blend of fresh herbs and spices make this dish the perfect comfort food. If you're in the mood for a sandwich try the banh mi! The fresh jalapeño makes its very spicy but you can always leave that out of you wish. This place is always clean and I've always had great service here, the owners and staff really do their best to make you feel at home..I highly recommend trying this place if you're ever in the area! read more

Great food!! Awesome service, always prepared quickly and ready for pick up!! Definitely one of the best eateries in town.

Very nice staff, great customer service. They make you feel right at home. The food is amazing, in my opinion they have the best Pho hands down. Their sushi is also top tier, and if you love Boba drinks this is the place to go. They've updated their menu for more noodles soup options. I've tried all of them, and have no complaints. read more

My friend and I split a shrimp tempura roll, it was both delicious and a big roll! I got tonkatsu ramen with chicken, it was also delicious and a nice serving size. The chicken was tender and flavorful. The workers were all very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend visiting Saigon88 Express. I will be returning! read more

Was in town for a funeral on my anniversary. Based on reviews, chose here for a night out. It was amazing. The sushi was so fresh and flavourful. No mushed up day old fish. The owners are so warm and welcoming and personable. They came and chatted and expressed condolences. I told my cousin about the place, a mile from.hwr house she hadn't tried. The next day, she treated us all to a meal. The owners were still just fun and warm and lovely accomodating people. We arrived shortly before closing. I hadn't realized. I hate those people that do that, and yet, I did that. They went out of their way to be welcoming, and they didn't sacrifice taste, quality, or presentation. The sushi is the freshest I've tasted ever. It is delicious and quality. Even my sushi snob parents declared it the best Tuna they've ever had, and it tied for their fave of all time sushi joint. Banh mi better than our fave at Columbus north market. Pho fragrant, comforting, warm and soothing. Boba..I've always hated the squishy bubbles. My kids love them, but the harder black tapioca.. I apparently love those. The lychee one... transcendent. My kids preferred the fruit jelly ones better. Anyway, they stayed open late for us, were charming and lovely during a family tragedy, snd delivered amazing quality food that tasted great. My spouse keeps lamenting that we can't transport the family to muncie or even indy to enjoy it more often. read more

My cousin and I found Saigon88 Express on a visit to Pittsburgh when we were craving Pho and ramen on a rainy day and they did not disappoint. The food was so flavorful, the portions were large, and the prices were on par with other really good, quality Pho and ramen. The staff working were also very friendly and provided helpful recommendations. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend Saigon88 Express if you like food that has flavor and friendly service. read more

Still on my quest to find the perfect bowl of pho and I think the search is over. I've tried many places, some weren't even worth a review. But Saigon 88 express, an out of the way place in a sorta kinda strip mall is the best. It's not pretentious, just good soul food soup! Who woulda thought such a find would be outside the city and not in one of the trendy neighborhoods. read more

Niche: Filled. For years I've been lamenting the lack of banh mi in the Robinson area and finally my lamentation has paid off. See, mom, it DOES help to whine and complain about things! Still a tiny bit rough around the edges (when I visited their credit card machine was out of service and when I'd called in they were out of one of the ingredients to their signature sandwich) I found the food to be nevertheless delicious. The banh mi was perfect, tearing a hole in the roof of my mouth with the crisp razor edged crackle of great french bread! Just like I like. No really...the bread was great, but I just can't eat banh mi without tearing a hole in the roof of my mouth, so...this met expectations. Spring rolls were fresh and flavorful. A subsequent trip back was on par with the first with the two exceptions that the credit card machine was up and running and nothing was off the menu. A new lunch regular for me. read more

While I'd argue pho minh probably has the best pho in the area (if you are dining in) this place is hands down the best overall viet food in the area. Everything is made authentic and price and portion is on point. The banh mi is better than at some of the establishments that focus on it. I've had the entire menu and my only criticism is the bun bo hue is missing the blood cubes. Overall though as excellent place, now if only somewhere in the area we could get chao long read more

The food was underwhelming 1. Crispy Dumpling appetizer- this was a very generic dumpling that seems like it was microwaved from the refrigerator. It was soggy, not crispy. 2. Vermicelli chicken - the noodles seemed to be rice noodles instead of vermicelli. The chicken didn't seem to be fresh but more like something reheated. read more

In my opinion this is best most reasonable place to get pho and other Vietnamese food in Pittsburgh area...they always include a lot of herbs and bean sprouts which is very important to me. read more

My 10 year old has been dying to try Pho ever since we saw some on an episode of Worth it. So when we came to the Greater Pittsburgh area we knew we had to look for a Vietnamese restaurant. We chose this place because it was on the way to our hotel and had some great reviews on the authenticity of the cuisine. We were not disappointed everything we got was delicious and super fresh. This is a restaurant for the food not the atmosphere which is "take out/cafeteria" style seating. I was totally surprised by how good the Saigon Spring Rolls were. That was something I didn't think I would like and turned out to be my favorite!. Great experience for our little foodie in the making! This place it totally worth it. read more

Delicious food. Courteous staff. Don't miss out on their Pho!!! I honestly haven't tried much else because the Pho is so good.

Very friendly service. The banh mi was fresh and delicious. Healthy portion of protein and vegetable. Bread was crunchy outside but soft inside, which is exactly what you need in banh mi. Boba was good too. I spent $40 (including tips) and it was well worth it. Definitely will come back! read more

Went there for a late lunch. The place was pretty empty. The person taking the order was friendly. The bubble tea was good. The fresh spring roll could have been better. It was not crispy as the fresh spring roll should be. That made me think maybe the vegetables might not be that fresh. But it sure gives you your protein for the day in the form of tofu. Maybe they could consider offering peanut sauce with it to enhance it's taste. It was a moderately priced place. So, if you have other options, I'd skip this place. read more

Amazing, fresh Vietnamese food. My favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh. Consistent and addicting! Staff makes you feel like family.

Awesome surprise this place is! Small little set-up in tiny commercial plaza. This store front has seen many businesses in the past couple years...it's been a rotating selection of food services. We have tried some of them that popped up in the past and were not exactly wowed. The decor is very minimal, which may scare some people away, but if I was opening a shop in this little store front, I would probably take the same route as them seeing how frequently it changes hands. This new place blew us away!!!! The Banh Mi sandwiches are insanely good and so are the noodle bowls. I had the noodle bowl with chicken and was unable to finish it as it was sooooo huge! Ingredients that are so fresh you can taste it! Logged on to leave a review and saw that they were unfortunately closed today...my other half is craving that Banh Mi sandwich with pork! Hopefully this place stays in business longer than all their predecessors! They deserve it! read more

Wow. This place blew my mind. I ordered on Grubhub and was very pleased. This was my first time trying so I got a lot of items. First, the spicy yellowtail sushi roll and spring rolls were both pretty average. Sushi was pretty bland but good with wasabi and additional sauce. Spring rolls, in my opinion, had too much vermicelli. They were big, but 75% noodle. Next were the fried dumplings, absolutely delicious. Exactly how I like them gyoza style, crunchy and tons of filling. Now for the heavy hitters. The Bahn Mi and Pho. Holy moly. Not only was this the best Bahn Mi I've ever had, it's one of the best sandwiches I've had period. Fresh ingredients, perfect crusty bread, just an amazing sandwich. The pho was also maybe the best I've ever had. Broth was exquisite, and everything worked in perfect harmony. Overall extremely impressed. I can't wait to go and try in person. read more
