I've been eagerly awaiting for this restaurant to open at Edgewater Marketplace, and patience pays off! If you ever had Pho King Rapidos as food truck or at Avanti food hall, you're already familiar with this team. If not- no worries, new food friends to be made! Their menu is fairly simple- you can choose to have your Vietnamese noodle bone assembled as salad, noodle bowl, or spring rolls. We got the spring rolls- the lemongrass pork was yummy. We also ordered most of the small sides- the crispy tofu and chicken wings were my favorite! Word of warning- the spicy kick is no joke- but it's so yummy. And I also got a Thai tea- yum!

5 stars across the board…read more We were literally at Stella next door the night before and I heard there was gonna be cold rain the next day. So we decided to get a hot bowl of ramen to clear ourselves right up. I have to admit while we have had pretty good ramen in Colorado nothing has blown us away. This place did just that. If you are looking for the most authentic bowl of ramen anywhere within a 20-30 Radius of Denver this is your spot. I got the sesame pork belly ramen bowl and my wife the chicken dashi and both were spectacular. I know this sounds like a lot of exaggerating but no notes. Seriously ZERO! Take all my money whoever you are, Sera! PS I'm very impressed the other reviewers had enough self control to take pictures before they ate. Our food didn't stand a chance.

This small ramen shop is a hidden little gem in Denver. The service was great, even if our waiter was on his first day and stumbled a bit. He was attentive, eager, and happy to help with a smile on his face. The food was excellent as well, ranging from crispy gyoza and chicken karaage to various ramen dishes. The only downside was the karaage, which was slightly different than what I was used to, but it was still delicious. We left with our stomachs full, smiles on our faces, and a warm goodbye that has turned into a "see you later," as I will definitely be back.

I have ordered from Pho&Bar a few times. Let me start with the fact the food is tasty. And that's…read moremost important. But.. for the price they are very stingy with some things. First... each time we have gotten pho, they have given us about 5 small leaves of basil. Yes... that's it. Even the cheapest, bargain pho I have gotten at hole-in-the-wall places give a few big sprigs of basil (like 20 leaves). Basil is such a crucial component in pho, and it's very cheap and easy to grow so I don't get why this place skimps on it. Second, I ordered a rice bowl that is supposed to come with carrots and cucumbers. My order had about 5 little carrot slices and one (yes... ONE) slice of cucumber. I had to laugh at that pathetic little slice in a huge bed of rice. Again, a fairly cheap ingredient that they completely skimped on. It may seem like a small thing, but these are the details which make me decide if I want to order again from a place. Pho&Bar is not getting my business anymore.

Good option for Vietnamese & pho and a trendy spot…read more The drink menus are a mess. After looking at two I still didn't know how much hot sake was or the sizes offered and if they had other kinds -- absolutely no transparency on price when it's not on a menu anywhere. They have Lucky Buddha bottles all over the place but no idea how much those were, either. Mixers? I see bottles but no prices cause nothin is listed in any drink menus. So weird. The pho is very good and other meals have always been. I think it's on the pricier side here for everything. It gets so expensive to go out when a modest meal/drink set ya back $50. It's just pho! And a basic adult drink like super cheap house sake or tap beer. But anywho, this is our world now. Just going out less & less than I used to! They don't have any deals like happy hour. Multiple people asked when I was there so I hope they offer one someday. The sides for pho are pretty skimpy but there was no hesitation when I asked for more lime & basil. Service was and has always been really good!
