Most times I've been in there haven't been too many other tables present, but as I mentioned it's usually during the week in the middle of the day so it's to be expected. The restaurant has always been very clean and tables are bussed quickly so there aren't ever dirty dishes or cups sitting around at empty tables. The dining room is super open so you don't feel like you're cramped in at all either. The gentleman I usually interact with is very polite and friendly, and I've noticed that the other staff exude the same kind of attitude so I've always felt very welcomed. I love nice people lol. Service has always been very quick as well, which is great for getting back to the office in a reasonable amount of time. The broth is delicious and always comes out piping hot, which is something I tend to judge pho on right out of the gate. The flavors are super awesome and consistent. I usually get either the veggie with tofu or the chicken and add veggies to it; I tried the rare steak and tendon bowl (with veggies) recently and it was also awesome. That one was a new experience for me but I'm glad I tried it. I usually also get the smallest bowl and almost always cannot finish the entire thing. This is one of my favorite Vietnamese dish and a must order for me at any restaurant that serves it. I've had this dish at multiple well-known restaurants here in Denver, including Dan Da. And without a shadow of a doubt Da Lat makes the best version that I've tasted here in Denver. While the price seems high on the menu, the amount of food you get here, as is common with other Vietnamese restaurants, can easily serve 2 people. The grilled pork patty is juicy and well-seasoned, and you can really taste the smoke from the grill. Likewise, the grilled pork was expertly grilled. The sauce was just right, not too light or overly salty, and perfectly compliments the meat. The veggies were fresh and crisp, and the rice noodles are firm and not mushy. My parents, who came with me, said that this is one of the best Bun Cha Hanoi they've had in the state. The service was also excellent, though it should be noted that we were the only table here during lunch and the restaurant was pretty empty. When I walked in I was immediately hit with the delicious aroma of pho and there were a lot of people there. Good signs. They also didn't skimp out on the veggies which I appreciated. A lot of pho restaurants skimp out on them. All the sauces you typically want at a pho restaurant were also at each table. I was also surprised to see that the prices are lower than most other places. I really hope they don't tear down Asia Center as I think I've found my new pho place!
