The gentleman I usually interact with is very polite and friendly, and I've noticed that the other staff exude the same kind of attitude so I've always felt very welcomed. I love nice people lol. The broth is delicious and always comes out piping hot, which is something I tend to judge pho on right out of the gate. The flavors are super awesome and consistent.
