My favorite pho in Denver right now. Best authentic deep bone stock ever!!! Perfect balance of spices and very boney stock. Often times people load the broth with msg and sugar to create flavor. But at Pho 555... you can taste the depth of stock building between bones & aromatic spices. I live on this stock every week. And the best part is... they're available on DoorDash and UberEats! Delicious pho with reasonable pricing. My hub ordered pho đặc biet n it's hugeeeee with lots of meat compare to pho duy. Broth is lighter too. I ordered vermicelli grilled beef with rice paper egg roll. Thìs is rare since most places opted for pork only n thìs is so far the best marinaded meat in my opinion. Tender and meat ratio is on point! Had to minus half a star for nuoc mam being way too sweet and didn't include veggies but I didn't care for it; just used my own veggies /herb anyways as I'm Vietnamese and Thats what's always in my fridge but overall good experience dining in and to go. The meat was left to cook in the hot broth. They give you chopsticks and a fork to begin with and refill your water in a non disturbing way. The portions are gigantic. Usually the meatball is pre-made, on rare occasions they make it in-house. 555 doesn't strike me as a place that grinds steak and forms it into meatballs. The spring rolls are made fresh as they are still warm and I love the peanut sauce that comes with it. More on the sweeter side for warning. I also always get Vietnamese egg rolls as they are eaten as a lettuce wrap. However there cucumbers are cut a little too big sometimes. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. They have two desserts there and I always get both. They both have coconut milk, and sweet red beans and green beans in one and sweet lychee fruit and jackfruit in another. I order from here time to time as it's close to my work and overall I have a pretty good experience! I always do delivery and with most pho places, they don't seem to check the extra note you put in. I always ask for extra bean sprouts, limes, and sriracha and most places don't acknowledge the note. However this place really hooks it up with the extras which is really great. You can definitely tell the difference between the sizes of the pho you get which makes me feel I'm really getting my money's worth. I've only ordered the rare steak pho and the spring rolls but they are pretty good! Only reason I'm not giving 5 star is that their broth could be just a bit more flavorful.
