Came on a Friday night and it was packed. It's a seat yourself and wait for someone to come by set up. Walked in and was told to sit anywhere. There wasn't any menus so we had to ask for one. A few minutes later someone came by and took our order. The food was delicious, any pho is always delicious! The bahn mi was flavorful and the crepe was unique but I liked it. If you love bean sprouts, you'll like the crepe. It's not an omelet, the yellow is a type of bean turned into a crepe is what we were told. The place was packed but still able to have a nice conversation and the servers checked in on us a few times for water, etc... when you are done, they don't bring you your tab, remember your table number and you pay upfront. Did a pick-up order at this place and super glad i did. It seemed like a very popular place. Ordered the pho bac biet which has lean steak, brisket, tendon, tripe, and meatballs. I put the soup and the all the contents in a large bowl I had at home so that i could eat it more easily. The takeout also comes with the typical stuff like the bean sprouts, lime, mint, etc so this place is a great takeout place. The restaurant serves a special dish on Fridays and Saturdays. It's a Vietnamese crepe that has shrimp, pork, bean sprouts, and scallions. They also give you a bag with herbs and lettuce along with a tangy fish sauce. It was delicious! My only complaint is that the crepe breaks easily so you really need the lettuce to hold the contents all together. read more

When I eat pho, the first thing I do is taste the broth as is and determine how good the whole meal will be from there, and upon my first spoonful I knew this pho would be really good. The broth was very flavorful, that just warms up your the inside of your mouth and explodes with flavor. My order came with brisket, meatball, steak, tendon, and tripe, and each one was really good. I made a side dipping sauce of hoisin and sriracha, and it just enhanced the flavor of the meat as I eat it with the flavorful broth. At first glance, it looks like Pho you'd get from any pho place, but that first spoonful tells you, it's different and will definitely stand out. Service/Ambiance The actual place is located in an unassuming strip mall, so you wouldn't think much of it walking in, but the moment you get inside, it's just packed with a lot of people, so I could tell right away that people come to this place for a reason. The staff were nice and we got our food pretty quickly. We had a group of 8 and there was some miscommunication where one of the staff gave our table to a different group, but it was resolved quickly and was seated within a few minutes, which I appreciate. Those were pretty good, I preferred the sugar cane app the best. For my order, I was eyeing the #11, but I settled on a pho filet mignon to compare it to my fav pho shop back in Houston. It is a really good bowl of soup and filling, but it wasn't quite as good as my fav back home. My tablemates ordered 3 rice dishes and 4 soups, and everyone enjoyed their meals and the experience here.
