We live about 20 minutes away, and when we got home, my pho only had noodles and tofu. It was missing the bean sprouts, lime, and green chili listed on the menu. The bread on the banh mi was burnt and so hard my husband had to remove it. Where was the kitchen quality control? I worked in the service industry for years and I don't enjoy leaving negative feedback, but I did want to let them know. I called and spoke with a manager who said I would need to bring the food back in person for any sort of refund. Since we don't live in Bellingham, that wasn't realistic. I offered to send photos and was told they didn't have a way to receive them (sure, sure). Unfortunately, nothing was offered to make it right which was frustrating considering our total was $60 and more than half of my husband's sandwich ended up on the trash. It was a disappointing experience overall, and we won't be returning.
