Pretty spacious, clean, modern Vietnamese restaurant. Very delicious food and good service. We got bo luc loc and seafood. It was very delicious. Highly recommend this Vietnamese restaurant.

Newly remodeled space and it looks fantastic. Was I a little disappointed by the minimal Christmas decor... yes I was but the food was still fantastic as ever. We actually make spring rolls for Christmas every year but this year we weren't going to have as many guests and decided to make it easy and order instead. Saigon Basil did an amazing job and we still had our "traditional" dinner without the prep and cooking!

Been coming here for over 10+ years and food and service is always . Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ordered the Saigon Basil appetizer dish ($36.95), came with more than enough food for 2 ppl...grilled pork, chicken, shrimp fried paste, egg rolls and usually veggies for spring rolls.

Food here is absolutely delicious and abundant! We have been here a two or three times before, but it had been a few years now since the last time. The restaurant is always busy, but service is pretty fast, especially if you know what you are ordering. This time around my husband had a steak soup, and the medium size was more than enough for him. I ordered a steak lemon salad and it was ginormous, I think I was only able to eat a third of it. It had so much meat!!!! The dressing was fantastic, with the perfect amount of spice for me. It is also very clean, and spacious. Well priced too!

Walked in and the place was clean and bright with quiet, peaceful music- all great things! I ordered the special noodle bowl that had beef, pork, shrimp, chicken and egg roll. It came with the usual cucumber, pickled carrot and radish but also came with bean sprouts and peanuts as well (I asked for no peanuts). The meat was incredible! So flavorful and a decent portion which made a perfect noodle to meat ratio. My bf loved the pho and I did too, the broth was piping hot and was mild, no strong anise flavor like some I've had other places. Finally the boba- yum! Sweet but not syrupy. The service was quick and kind, which I appreciated. I'll be back soon!

Newly updated and new management, same management team as the Hot Pot Spot on 136th. They remodeled and ripped out the old carpet and put in new flooring. The pho was tasty but definitely noticed the pho toppings/meat was less than the pho with the last management. Maybe they are still trying to find their groove but the bowls are smaller than before too. Service is great and overall great experience.

Saigon basil has still got it this is my go to for Vietnamese food hands down.the ambiance has enhanced from last year I like that they are updating it slowly it looks cleaner and beautiful, service is always great we did have a little miss communication but we got it taken care of and they were great about fixing it, no I'm not sharing what happens it's not relevant. I love to order the appetizer #75 it is more then enough for a full meal for me it comes with pork egg rolls, rice noodles with peanuts and green onions on top, lettuce leaves, cucumber, fresh basil, bean sprouts, fresh mint, tomato, pickled carrots and radish, and fish oil sauce which I don't like so I don't put it on it. I am not sure how to eat these but I make like a taco is the best way to explain it and use soy sauce as my sauce refreshing and DELICIOUS!! I will always come back for these.

I had heard before getting in that I would need to get Vietnamese food in Denver, and that Saigon Basil was a go-to for many. I wasn't disappointed! I got in late due to a delayed flight, and called to see if I could still get food. The staff were very accommodating and let me place a pickup order near closing time. The woman in the phone was very helpful in picking something despite me not having read the menu. When I actually got the food, I was pleasantly surprised by both the quality and the quality I received. Everything tastes amazing, and the recommended mixed noodle bowl was spot on. Summer rolls were hefty and delicious too - they could be a small lunch on their own for some. I'm always more than happy to visit more unassuming spots with authentic, no frills cuisine!

Came here for dinner on our way back to Denver from the Rocky Mountain national Park. This restaurant is huge and packed for dinner on a Tuesday night. We ordered the spring rolls, pork chop rice plate and my husband got a combination pho. Portion sizes were HUGE!!! This is an out of town review so I'm not sure if this is a Denver portion size or just this restaurant portion size but my husband and I were amazed how big the portion sizes were for the price. I love the spring rolls and the sides that came with it. The mint added such a nice fresh element to the bite. Still can't believe I got two big pieces of pork chop with my meal. Pork chops were a little thick, but still tender. My husband was not able to finish his pho which is a rarity. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is craving Vietnamese food. Overall 4.6/5

Be prepared for A LOT of food. Extensive menu. Good service and food was good also. Easy to fine with a huge sign out front. Was busy at 4 in the afternoon!

If you're up in Westminster area and you have a craving for Vietnamese food, Saigon Basil is the best choice in this area. Even on a Monday evening, it was quite busy. This is a pretty big space so there's plenty of seating. Staff is quite attentive and food comes out pretty quick. The recommended dishes: the 3 treasure drink (Che bac mau) and the appetizer platter and the Bo luc lac. So delicious. The appetizer spring roll platter comes with a lot of food so definitely an item to share with the group. It comes with a nice amount of rice paper as well. The Bo luc lac comes with a lot of meat that just sits on top of lettuce with rice on the side. The 3 treasure drink is such a nice dessert. Also if you want something to drink, get the fresh lemonade. The skips: wings. The wings were sad and lack flavor. No seasoning whatsoever. I wish they were like garlic butter wings or fish sauce wings. Skip it.

I just had dinner here last night and it was amazing as always! My family and I usually order the Saigon appetizer dish which is HUGE and usually fills us up. We like it because you can make your own spring rolls and it is packed with veggies. We also got the Bo luc lac tonight and the sauce was perfect! The atmosphere is very casual but the perfect spot to dine with friends and family and share family style. The service is always great and it's definitely one of my favorite spots to get Vietnamese food north of Denver.

We came to Broomfield in 2019 and have been searching for a good chinese food restaurant since then and have never been very impressed until TODAY!! We both agreed that the food here was the best we have ever had :). We enjoyed having the pork pot stickers & Snow Crab Cheese Wontons as appetizers. They were served to oue table within 5 minutes of ordering. Unbelievable flavors and the sauces were just right. We then ordered Dan Dan Noodles & Beef with Broccoli as entrees with Vegetable Fried Rice & Vegetable Stir-Fried Udon Noodles. We were served within 5-7 minutes. Everything was AMAZING!! Our server, Adrienne, was the most professional and courteous person we have ever met. She was a joy to talk with and took the time to answer any questions we had about the food & drinks. We will definitely be returning to Miya Moon as we have finally found the #1 Asian Food restaurant ever!!

We ordered a pound of shrimp w/ heads, pound of snow crab and a pound of king crab with all in sauce and hot! It was very delicious, lots of flavor and very good spice level for my Mexican taste buds the snow crab was our fave! We also ordered the chicken fried rice and Cajun fries - the fried rice was excellent! Very well seasoned and I ate it to cool down my mouth from the spicy boil I would definitely come here just to order some fried rice. My partner was raving about how tender the chicken was. The Cajun fries came out hot and crispy we added the Cajun seasoning they had on the table and I really liked their sauce that came with the fries! Overall was a great experience, I would have appreciated a second refill on my soda but that's all I can complain about . This place will be my go to place for seafood now! I recommend %

I so wanted to be able to leave a good review, but alas, this was very disappointing. Asian cuisine…read moreand Cajun cuisine are both known for bold flavors and seasoning. Asian Cajun has neither. $20 for the fried oyster platter: the smallest flavorless oysters ever, obviously bought from SISCO, and a small handful of Cajun fries that I needed to dunk in ketchup, and if I need to use ketchup on your fries, that is a very bad sign, as I rarely use ketchup. I know from talking to the owner that the fries are $4 and you get a small handful. $16 for a soft shell crab basket: The difference between a basket and a platter is that the basket does not come with fries. These were small, overcooked, super oily crabs that tasted okay when dipped in their remoulade sauce. But nothing a Cajun or an Asian would say was seasoned properly. $50 for 3lbs of crawfish boil: I got the "all in" sauce, but could not taste any garlic, lemon, or Cajun seasoning. This is Prime time for Crawfish supposed to be the largest and best crawfish, harvested right now (but these were probably imported frozen from China; the shells were super soft and clung to the meat like previously frozen, cheap crawfish). There were a couple of medium to large crawfish in the bowl, and the rest were tiny, as small or smaller than my pinky finger. When you cook really small crawfish with medium to large crawfish, the little ones get mushy and are very hard to peel, and fall apart with the shell. $5 for added broccoli, which appeared to be frozen, thawed broccoli that turned to mush when cooked with the crawfish. When I got home, I added MSG and Old Bay seasoning to the bag, so hopefully it will taste better later. (I peeled all the crawfish there to make eating later easier and less messy.) You can buy a pound of frozen crawfish tails from Louisiana for $25 and get a ton more meat, much higher quality meat. $3.50 for a Diet Coke and $1.00 per refill. That is criminal pricing for the item on your menu with the highest margin of profit, and they do not tell you beforehand that refills are extra. And the waitress was so reluctant to get me refills, at one point, I had to walk to the counter to get a refill. They were not super busy, but she (the owner) was the only person working the front of the house. Three not very large sodas for $5.50 total... Circle K sells a 44-ounce soda for $1, tax included, and I am sure they still make a profit. Angel (the owner) was super friendly except for when asking for refills, but took a really long time to get back to me for anything. It was nice that she brought the check to the table and took my payment there instead of at the counter, since I walk with a cane. But no amount of friendliness, cleanliness, or nice decor will overcome bad food, especially at these prices.

This was a surprise find!…read more I stopped here to pick up something quick to eat before I headed to my side hustle shift. The Vietnamese food was something I hadn't had in a while so when I realized that this was in the same shopping center as the gym I worked out at I simply couldn't think of anything else. As soon as I stepped inside it a very clean roomy dining room was in front of me. It looked new as there was no old restaurant feel to it. Then a young man quickly came to me to assist. I thus asked for a menu to peruse to which he kindly handed a beautiful booklet. The menu is a fancy booklet type with leather looking covers. In it, almost all the menu items had their accompanying photos. This type of menu truly helps so I could get a good understanding of the food they offer (yes, I'm more of a visual person.) I definitely wanted some healthy choice so when I spotted the Papaya Salad I looked no further (and yet I didn't want to pass the opportunity to eat the Vietnamese food staple, the deep fried Vietnamese Egg Roll so I, without hesitation, added that to my order. The Papaya Salad is/was $13.99 and the Vietnamese Egg Roll (6 piece) is/was $11.95 (as of December 4, 2025.) I placed my order with the same young man who greeted me. The time was still a bit early for the rush dinner hour. The restaurant only had several tables occupied. My food thus came out from the kitchen quite quickly. The bag the young man handed me was quite the weight. Once I was back to my car I immediately investigated what was inside. I was surprised as to how massive the Papaya Salad was! The portion for the Vietnamese Egg Roll was also very generous. I realized that I simply ordered way too much food for myself. I was able to eat only one of the dishes (the Egg Roll) before my shift. The Egg Roll was crispy on the outside. Not too oily or greasy; just the perfect texture. The accompanying noodles on the other end of the container were also delicious; they surely put a generous amount of crushed peanuts all over it (as of this writing, I have not eaten the Papaya Salad but like I said earlier, the portion size is big. And the way it looks is promising where I have no doubt that this dish is as solid as the Egg Roll.) This Vietnamese restaurant is a gem. I tend to get job assignments in this neighborhood here and there so if I end up coming back to this area next time now I know a solid restaurant that I can count on.

Food while traveling is always iffy for me but I lucked out with my order here…read more I can only comment on my to-go order of a combo eggroll bowl which included meatballs, pork, and shrimp. A huge portion, so I was really happy. Some of the best eggrolls I've had in a long time and the shrimp was delicious. I found the meats to be tough because they were sliced so thin. Stick with the shrimp here and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised! If you're ordering to go, ask for utensils if you need them as they didn't provide me with anything to eat with!
