**My username is a pseudonym for privacy reasons. I'm a legitimate Safehaven customer** Very very inconsistent service from these folks. We got a weekly mosquito spray service from them and sometimes I get a diligent and thorough person who shows up and spends time on my garden and back yard, and sometimes I get someone who spends two minutes and jets off. Person today didn't call to let me know they were on their way...just faintly knocked on my door. Barely even heard him. He said my customer profile said "not to call". I NEVER stated that... no idea where that comes from. I always have gotten calls when they're en route. That's been the one good thing about them. Again, inconsistent today. And don't bother trying to reach these people by phone. 9 times out of 10, no one answers and you just get an annoying jingle message that plays endlessly on loop. A unique form of torture. You're rolling the dice each time you use these people. Best of luck to you. read more

This business helped me so much with bug problem! The owner came out to evaluate the problem within a day of my call and offered to take a bug to their lab to help us identify it. Once we figured out what type of bug it was (a warehouse beetle), he gave me a plan of attack. His advice and treatments worked. He was also super responsive to my emails with follow-up questions. Terrible customer service! Started out with a very nice person who made us feel as if we would be taken care of and our issues would be resolved stress free. That wasn't the circumstance at ALL! I wasn't told the process. I wasn't told what to do or if I was to do anything in preparation. I wasn't aware of how messy it would be. I wasn't aware of if there were follow ups... I was in assumption that they came to treat my home and that would be it... I didn't know about vacuuming until I called to ask more questions after a week. My questions were answered with open-ended answers... the front desk was rude... we didn't even receive an ENTIRE HOME INSPECTION to see if there were more than one pest... and now with more "investigation" with this unprofessional team, I have been told we have not one but TWO types of pests ... when in the beginning I was told we had ONE pest and he only looked in one room.... I'm FRUSTRATED!!!!! I have a baby who's not even 1 year and my main concern is her being picked at or bitten by these pests and this poorly run place of business treats the situation as if it's not a big deal. I have been nothing but nice and understanding and polite and STILL have yet to receive any type of the same treatment in return. I was told I'd have a call from the supervisor himself to sort the issue out due to the confusion and how many times they had their terrible unprofessional team come treat my home unconvincing my family and our lives because their untrained team keeps messing up BUT THAT HAS BEEN A WEEK AGO AND I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE A CALL OR EMAIL!!!! I resent being solicited by a company that is an off shoot of the business we have supported for over a decade. They are now trying to claim me as their client. I know for a fact they have done this to others. Some do not even realize they have been poached. In this "family owned" business, Michael Bosco is someone whom we have never supported. We have, however, used Patrick Bosco personally and have always been pleased: he is prompt, kind, and honest.
