The manager instead gaslighted me to pay for what he stated was one month free but it was a total of $62 due at the time for admin, keys and some other fee. He also misrepresented the month to month contract by "alleging" my electronic signature binds this contract continuously, that again was supposed to be for one (1) month. He and his manager, still are insisting I am bound to this contract which I am disputing. But, instead of getting the corrected quote because of their mistake, they are charging me more fees on top of the $101 amount totaling today $156. This location apparently singles out people to do this type of misrepresentation!

I love that this facility, on Providence, right next to Carrabba's in Brandon, had a 5x10 option. You can do the whole rental process online, choosing your own unit and electronically signing the forms. For $19.99, you can even buy the lock. It will be waiting in your unit for you. They'll text you a gate and/or elevator code. It's pretty painless. But somehow I messed up and rented an outside unit when I wanted an inside unit. Danya in the office took care of me lickety split. She made all the adjustments and got me into an inside unit right then and there and showed me the ropes of getting upstairs. She was sooo helpful and accomodating. I'm not sure how long I'll need storage, but I'm so glad I chose this clean and convenient location. I'm also impressed with security measures. I wish it were a bit cooler in the top floor but that's a small request. Thank you, Danya! You're a star!

I was able to make a reservation online, and the in-person follow up/payment process was smooth. I do wish the property allowed 24 hour access to the units but that's not a deal-breaker. Currently the time to access your items is 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM at this location. Kindly note that vehicles are required to enter a security code for the main gate to open when EXITING the property and the panel is located on the passenger side of the vehicle path. This means that if you are alone, as you exit, you will have to stop and put your vehicle in park, and exit the vehicle to enter the code for the main gate to open. Then you dash back into your vehicle to exit the property. This seems a little unsafe, so an option is to take a 2nd person with you, to allow THEM to enter the code while seated in the vehicle. Bottom Line: I would rent storage space from this location again.

The people that run this location are great and very helpful but the corporate office will continue to raise their rates once you fill the unit. I am now up to $62 per month and have been there less than a year. Just paid my $62 and that what it said I owed and they took $82 from my account, I was not passed the date they add a $20 late fee.
