I've been renting a unit from them since August 2020 and "YES" they do have you sign a contract. The rate increases that I have had over the last 29 months has been a total ripoff. I am paying more now then a person would if he or she would come in and rent a new unit the same size as mind. When confronting the management concerning the outrageous rate increase over the 29 month period I was told to simply "move out the unit and go get a family members to sign for a new unit." The management will lie and say its every 8 to 14 months but the increases are computer generated every 5 to 6 months. They get you by advertising the low rental unit prices. Then you are hit with those outrageous rate increases. That's where they make their money.

I called to genuinely inquire about their moving services since I am moving into a new home very soon. However, I am obviously looking for the best rate in different businesses since I do care about my time and money. I then ask how much is the hourly rate. The male representative declines to answer and asks first about the details of my moving (location, number of people needed to move, etc.). Since I did not want to go into the details before knowing the hourly price so I don't waste anyone's time, I asked again what the hourly rate is. The Asian male representative immediately got defensive and said that I am just another competitor asking about pricing and that I can get it in the website. I then got upset because I was being disrespected for absolutely no reason. Even if I was a competitor, that is not how you treat people when you are confident about your services and business. I then asked for a manager a then got hung up on. I called again, asked for a manager, and got hung up on again. BEWARE of this business at ALL COSTS. It seems like they customize their pricing depending on how they feel about you since they are not transparent about it straight up. All the other business that I have called straight up tell me that they charge by hour or distance, are straight up about their pricing and are also CLEAR of the different things that can change pricing. Such as distance, location and amount of of workers needed for the move. As a person who has worked for a long time in customer service, when a customer also requests a manager, you immediately get the manager. All of the addresses are also a scam.
