Just moved to the area in November and needed a place to store our converted horse trailer (clean, new, and NO horse anything). We reserved a spot here and signed up for autopay. Every time a payment was processed we were notified that there were several charges we did not authorize made almost simultaneously with the monthly rent charge. We have had to change our credit card three times, due to fraud, all being traced back to this facility according to our bank. Twice, the card had never even been used anywhere else. The emails are constant, the hidden charges seem to be plentiful (a decline fee, an insurance fee (even though we have insurance, a late fee (because my card was deactivated due to unauthorized charges traced back to this facility) and the staff is super obnoxious with several phone calls in just a few minute span. I had informed them, via email, that I was working and could not call, but could continue to email. Instead I received 6 phone calls while working. I informed them I'd be vacating my spot, they still email and call. When I did go retrieve my trailer it was completely infested with roaches and ants as the spot we were given was next to a utility trailer piled 8 feet high with trash (smelly, nasty, junky trash). It's obvious there's not pest control measures put into place or they'd think twice about allowing trash stored there. Now, I've had to pay for pest control measures for my property before moving it to another location. Overall my experience with this facility doesn't even warrant a single star. I'd avoid this place, their dirty facility, obnoxious staff, and high prices and go to one of the dozens of other storage spots. read more
