I arrived looking for the right sized picture box to ship a family picture from FL to CO. I had just lost my Mom and Brother-in-law just two days ago. Worst week in my life. Rico and Don were amazing. We talked some sports and Rico was able to locate a picture box even though he had just taken over the location. I bought my box and headed outside. The heat and humidity were unbearable so I came back inside to be in the A/C. Rico proceeded to not only help me pack my picture but also another box! Thanks to Rico and Don! They took care of everything from obtaining the permit to calling for a final inspection. Their communication throughout the project was outstanding, with updates on scheduling, progress reports and completion. The best part is that the price was right, being the lowest bidder from three companies in the Pinellas County area. I could not expect better service in every respect from any contractor.
