Every single month since we started renting from them…read morein May 2025, they have asked for our insurance information for our camper (the policy renews yearly). I provide it in the app where they tell me to, and it magically gets deleted and they ask me again for it ... and during this they force add their insurance to my rental and charge me $15 dollars for it. They continue to do this so I have cancelled my rental with them and will take my storage needs somewhere else as this seems to be their scam to generate additional revenue from customers.

It was conveniently located at ground level, no elevator needed and the large moving truck could pull right up to the facility for unloading. The facility is clean, air conditioned, required a code to get in, lots of security cameras so I felt safe even after hours. They sell locks, packing materials, have quality carts for your use, a clean restroom and water fountains. Plenty of room in the parking lot to navigate your vehicle and load / unload.
