Somehow, she just "greased the skids" and made a challenging series of moves, that intersected at the same time, completely painless! I was shocked--they are that good, kind and helpful! And for those who write in and complain about them increasing prices after six (6) months, etc., although that is true...ALL MINI-STORAGES DO THAT. The 5x10 was a HUNDRED dollars more a month. I asked to see the unit, he said they couldn't do that. Went down the street to CubeSmart, they took care of everything, answered all my questions, showed me the units, gave me the first month free and 40% off the next three months even though I only needed a month and a few days, and they prorated. Compass was all around completely unhelpful and frustrating, I would not recommend.
