They arrived promptly just before 8:00 AM and got right to work. Tyler, our moving lead, and the three movers with him were incredibly professional, hardworking, and efficient. They never wasted a minute and worked tirelessly throughout the entire move. What impressed us most was how carefully they handled our belongings. Every item was properly wrapped, packed, and protected to ensure nothing was damaged. They took the time to disassemble and reassemble our furniture and placed everything exactly where we wanted it in our new home. Moving can be stressful, but this team made the process seamless. Their attention to detail, work ethic, and commitment to customer service were second to none. Tyler and his crew truly went above and beyond, and we couldn't be more grateful for their hard work. I rarely write reviews on anything not food related, but this crew absolutely earned their rating. Thank you for making our move such a positive experience. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and hardworking moving company!

After checking into the store, I was told by the representative that they don't prepare the order until you arrive. What's the difference between going into the store and getting the boxes yourself versus ordering online and waiting in the store for them to prepare the order in relation to saving time. To me this is completely counterproductive and an utter waste of selecting your boxes online, just to arrive in the store and wait for more additional time. Luckily, When I arrived they were not busy however If they were, and happened to sell out of the boxes that I ordered I do not see the logic in Packing my order that was already pre-purchased only at arrival.

My favorite part was how funny the staff was. After downsizing from a four-bedroom house to a one-bedroom apartment (after losing my partner of 16 years), I found myself needing a small storage unit for the things I simply didn't have room for. I love my new apartment, but even with great closets, I needed a bit more space for peace of mind. Searching online was overwhelming with too many options, so I decided to stop by SmartStop--and I'm so glad I did. That's where I met Sandy, who was exactly what I needed. She took the time to listen to my story, made thoughtful recommendations, and even walked me to see the unit in person. Sandy made the entire process seamless. Within a short time, I had rented the perfect unit to store my belongings. I now view the monthly cost as an investment in peace of mind. My home feels calm and uncluttered, and I still have access to everything I need--whether it's my craft bins, holiday decorations, or even my golf clubs--all safe in a clean, climate-controlled space.
