I was NEVER clearly told that the 15% fuel surcharge applies to both labor and travel time, even when the truck isn't being used. Chris, their customer service rep defended the "expert" process, offered a $100 credit, and called it a day. A move I expected to cost around $500-$600 ended up costing $910. TERRIBLE customer service, and I won't be using them again.

Everything was shipped without any damage because Kris has many years of packaging experience. Her knowledge of what foreign countries require in order to gain entry is invaluable. I then asked for a manager a then got hung up on. I called again, asked for a manager, and got hung up on again. BEWARE of this business at ALL COSTS. It seems like they customize their pricing depending on how they feel about you since they are not transparent about it straight up. All the other business that I have called straight up tell me that they charge by hour or distance, are straight up about their pricing and are also CLEAR of the different things that can change pricing. Rocco and Zeus showed up early, after having called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They are very professional, efficient, easy to work with, and personable. They got my 1bd apt loaded on their truck in about an hour. We met at the house in Jax and they got me unloaded, with everything in the right place, again, in about an hour. The pricing is fair, TRANSPARENT (no hidden fees or extra add on charges at all), and well worth every single dollar. I've only had excellent experiences with the teams that do the heavy lifting, and the office staff is great. I highly recommend this moving company.
