The front desk/phone person, Pete, was super nice and very patient explaining things. Then when it came time for the paperwork involved he was really helpful. As a college student who is new to needing a storage locker and doing things on my own, the process was a breeze and the staff was open to answering any questions I had! Also, they take care of the stray cats in the area which in my opinion shows their true nature and is another reason why for next year I'll definitely be coming back here! My favorite part was how funny the staff was. We joked about how much I loved the little bag that came with the locker but because I wasn't buying a lock from them I had to give it back :( but to my surprise when I came back the bag was in my storage unit without the lock because they knew how much I loved it!
