I've been storing my extra stuff here before compass bought it and never had an issue once they took over ever 6 months the price goes up and they had rat infest the building because someone left food in a unit and they didn't notify anyone I opened my unit one day to find rat fieces everywhere when I asked about then they told me what happened moved my stuff out to another company at half the price read more

I called needing a storage unit on 4/23/22 in Nee Port Richey then I stopped by and was taken over to the unit went back to the office and paid for it The on site manager was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the operations . In the customer service industry it's nice to see she was outgoing and very friendly and seemed to know almost everyone coming in and out. This place is awesome! New management just took over recently and they are amazing! Everyone that I talk to that works there is so nice, approachable, friendly, knowledgeable. I just can't say enough good things about this place. The facility is super secure, cameras everywhere. It's well lit and clean. They also offer online payment and automatic bill pay, which I love. The prices are reasonable. The location is perfect for me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. read more

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY - MAJOR MOLD PROBLEMS They have a serious problem with their HVAC system/air flow. We left because every single item we had in our temperature controlled unit was covered in mold. We thru away thousands of dollars of items and took seven yard bags of clothing to the cleaners. Since we did not take the insurance, their manager was not the least bit interested. He agreed the ceiling of the unit is covered in visible mold. Years ago, shortly after the facility opened I had a unit there for 5-6 years - never a problem with mold. Something is very wrong. I plan to file complaints with Angie' s list and BBB. read more

We rented a U-Haul truck from this place and had a terrible experience. Do NOT rent a U-Haul from here. They rent out U-Haul along with the prices, but do NOT provide the services. They just take your money and the general manager, Linda, was so rude to us. I cannot believe the customer service and I will recommend to anyone renting a U-Haul to go absolutely anywhere else. We left boxes in the back of the U-Haul because there is a HUGE sticker that says to do so (they will recycle) and the woman claimed that she had never seen the sticker before . It's absurd that you are renting trucks to people but have no idea of the information inside. Please do not go here if you need a U-Haul. I wouldn't be writing this review if she would have gone about it nicely, but she is representing this store as the general manager and I would steer clear of this place if this is who they have in a leadership role. read more

I rented a storage was told 1st month free until you get there then its a different story!! after 4 months we decided to clean it out because it was 170 a month!! went in gave the man a 30 day notice and he calls us later saying we were late on payment lol what we cleaned it out!! he dosent remeber us giving him a 30 day notice then he said he will help us out really??? how are you going to do that?? you already ripped us off for not givivng us our 1st month free as advertised!!! what a joke!!! read more

Staff is great, and place is clean. HOWEVER, the rates are raised every 6 months and they require mandatory insurance which raises your rent another $9 per month, so I'll be looking to move out within a year. read more

The management is very nice and helpful, the place is clean and well lighted and the 24 hour access is great. What I did not like about it is there is hidden cost that is just a way to make more money, They give you a business card for a free months rent. When you get there what you need is not eligible. # 1 you can only use there locks and you have to buy the one they offer.I do not think they are as safe as your own pad lock ,# 2 they charge you a insurance fee on the first month of $10 that you have to pay but they will let you take it off if you don't want it when you pay your 2nd months rent. I have my own insurance and it was just a waste of $10 for me. The insurance will not cover what I put in storage. Now its time to cancel the insurance which I never got the paperwork for and have no idea who it is with as they did not say. You call the number for the storage and third party answers and knows nothing. Will have someone call me. Have no clue when it will be could not even tell me if it is going to be the same day or when. They are just not there. Time to pay so guess just another way to get that extra money again. Time to look for another storage. Just liked location and access time was not restricted. read more
