I called to genuinely inquire about their moving services since I am moving into a new home very soon. However, I am obviously looking for the best rate in different businesses since I do care about my time and money. Therefore, as soon as I call and let the representative know what I am inquiring about, I go straight to the point and ask if they charge hourly. To which the male representative responds yes. I then ask how much is the hourly rate. The male representative declines to answer and asks first about the details of my moving (location, number of people needed to move, etc.). Since I did not want to go into the details before knowing the hourly price so I don't waste anyone's time, I asked again what the hourly rate is. The Asian male representative immediately got defensive and said that I am just another competitor asking about pricing and that I can get it in the website. I then got upset because I was being disrespected for absolutely no reason. Even if I was a competitor, that is not how you treat people when you are confident about your services and business. I then asked for a manager a then got hung up on. I called again, asked for a manager, and got hung up on again. BEWARE of this business at ALL COSTS. It seems like they customize their pricing depending on how they feel about you since they are not transparent about it straight up. All the other business that I have called straight up tell me that they charge by hour or distance, are straight up about their pricing and are also CLEAR of the different things that can change pricing. Such as distance, location and amount of of workers needed for the move. As a person who has worked for a long time in customer service, when a customer also requests a manager, you immediately get the manager. All of the addresses are also a scam.

This was a difficult, time-sensitive situation to help a longtime friend in dire need. My first contact was with Liam, who immediately went to work for us. He managed to get everything scheduled and moved in record time, despite a rain delay. The moving crew, Jose and Logan, were absolute powerhouses--incredibly hard workers and true professionals. Compassion, kindness, fair pricing, and stellar results perfectly sum up our experience. I can't thank them enough!
