Moving to the area and needed a storage facility. When we arrived to see the facility we spoke to Al. Al was kind and explained everything we needed to know about how the process works. My husband booked it on-line and it was very easy and convenient. The day you move in is when the gate code is activated. With the gate code they provide you, you can drive in/out very easily. I needed a short term storage unit at the last minute and within about 10 minutes I had signed the lease electronically over the phone after talking with one of their agents, I was directed to my unit and told how to open my unit and find a lock inside. They even have a gate that you open with access on your phone. It may not be the cheapest for storage but it was hassle free and the space itself is clean and temperature controlled inside. My BIL is the one renting here, but I can say it was a breeze moving his stuff in. There was easy accessibility and the halls are super wide. In and out with the (provided) flatbed carts was a breeze. Definitely secure and easy. I'd recommend getting a unit here to anybody. read more

Rental starting Sep 3 So I RARELY review businesses other than restaurants unless they are exceptionally good or exceptionally bad! This facility and experience FAR exceeded my expectations! Tyler (the mgr who signed us up) was so helpful and honest in making sure we had the right unit for our needs. He was also very helpful in showing us the "ropes" at the facility and how things worked there. He even made sure we knew about the onsite carts they provide free in the units to help you move your stuff in! Very happy we chose this storage facility! read more

Horrible experience. Showed up for appointment and waited :30 behind 2 other parties. One was trying to correct a billing error. Finally had to leave for another appt. Returned later in day only to be told we needed to supply a lock. A cylinder lock - which nobody in retail knows of or carries. We only found that out after spending a couple hours driving to and searching 4 places including Walmart and Home Depot . The storage company doesn't mention that. Nor do they mention locks in the checklist of what to bring when signing up. But of course you can buy their locks for $19 - they're $10 on amazon. When we asked for a price adjustment for the missed appt, searching for the right lock and having to return later we were told someone would call. Three days later - no call. read more
