Instead of using the truck, the movers walked everything over one item at a time, making the move take far longer than it should have. They actually sent three movers, but I only consistently saw two working. The pricing is nowhere near as transparent as the quote makes it seem. I was NEVER clearly told that the 15% fuel surcharge applies to both labor and travel time, even when the truck isn't being used. Chris, their customer service rep defended the "expert" process, offered a $100 credit, and called it a day. A move I expected to cost around $500-$600 ended up costing $910. TERRIBLE customer service, and I won't be using them again.

Well, I'm hear to tell you that Kris knows a way and I received emails from the day it was shipped, leaving the US, it's arrival in Sydney until it touched my daughter's address. Everything was shipped without any damage because Kris has many years of packaging experience. Her knowledge of what foreign countries require in order to gain entry is invaluable. I traveled further than I normally would to ship but after realizing Kris's expertise and seeing the results I'll never go anywhere else. They get you in the door for a "low intro rate of $89" (depending on the size of the unit). They tell you that it will increase to $105 (example, not exact). Here I am, six months later, and they have raised it to $170 for the same unit. I have canceled twice to start the whole process over and over, but I have to move all of my stuff from unit to unit so they can keep doing this same practice. It is exhausting and unscrupulous. I understand an increase that matches the cost of living increase, but this is not right. Find another place where the owners value your business. taking advantage of the fact that they know you want to store your stuff and not move it constantly to game their bad pricing strategy.
