There were two people at the counter when I walked in and they both smiled and said hello. Good start! I walked to the counter and told Nate that I had an Amazon package to return. He said "We can do that for you. I recommend using one of our bubble wrap envelopes, which is $3.75. We will pack it for you and attach the label." And that was it! Took about three minutes to complete the transaction. The young lady at the counter was also very pleasant. These guys deserve a good acknowledgment for providing excellent customer service.

With USPS, I often feel like every ounce and measurement becomes a battle, and the experience can feel rigid and unhelpful. I have never had that feeling at this FedEx location. My packages have never been lost, and the tracking has always been consistent and accurate. Today, I learned that this UPS now also takes your Spectrum Cable box as is, wraps and packages it, and ships it out for you--saved me a couple of hours of waiting at a Spectrum store. I have gone to this UPS to have a document notarized, copied, and faxed, and then mailed the copies out through USPS Priority mail, certified, with return receipts that same visit. They make Amazon returns especially fast, whether you're returning a boxed item, or an item UPS will box and ship for you. And because they handle both USPS and UPS packages, they provide myriad options on delivery costs, arrival dates and delivery methods, providing you the best value--not only in monetary costs, but in time saved. Finally, they always open up another station (they have 3) even if there is only one person waiting.
