There were two people at the counter when I walked in and they both smiled and said hello. Good start! I walked to the counter and told Nate that I had an Amazon package to return. He said "We can do that for you. I recommend using one of our bubble wrap envelopes, which is $3.75. We will pack it for you and attach the label." And that was it! Took about three minutes to complete the transaction. The young lady at the counter was also very pleasant. These guys deserve a good acknowledgment for providing excellent customer service.
