I rented a U-Haul truck to move to Temple Terrace about a week ago. The rude lady at the counter…read morecalled me the next morning after I'd dropped the truck off to say that I damaged the truck on the back end and I hit a yellow pole that they matched the paint up with. I said something like what are you talking about? She replied with her manager has it on video and they already let the truck go out earlier that morning and promptly hung up. I was dumbfounded because I didn't even put the truck in reverse. I pulled into their property, wheee my Uber driver, Brittany, was already there waiting on me, dropped the key through the slot and got in Brittany's car and was driven home. After complaining to U-Haul Corporate, they said they would follow up but I haven't heard from them. I still haven't seen the non-existent video. And to top it all off, I had purchased their $28 Safe Move damage waiver. So even if I had done any damage, I would have been covered. And I am not the type of person to lie about my mistakes. I will happily own them. But I do not appreciate someone falsely accusing me of something I didn't do. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Terrible people. Not sure if one of their employees damaged the truck and is trying to hide it under my contract since I had the damage waiver or what. All I know is I didn't damage the vehicle, I still have not seen the video nor been contacted by the manager/operator, Bill, nor heard anything from U-Haul. Please choose another company to help you if you have moving or storage needs. These people are clearly not on the up and up. You've been warned.

Starting price was $75 bucks, went up to $89 after which was normal and i expected. 2 months later…read morewe got a jump to $184 per month. When I called, they said this was a standard market adjustment. So in 3 months time, the 'market rate' doubled. They would not negotiate on this rate or reduce to our original rate from just a few months prior. Edit: I see you responded. I contacted that number before posting the review and was told there was nothing you could do and that an 100% increase after 3 months was normal.

Neither Ace hardware that was in front of them or the storage unit themselves whom actually put on the sale would let anyone use the bathroom. I will never use either of these businesses nor will I subject myself to an all day with no bathroom to do their sale.

This company took over North Trinity Storage where my company has maintained a storage unit for…read moreyears. They did not give any notice, they didn't transfer autopayment information, I showed up a week after they took over to pull some inventory and found a separate lock on our unit. Fortunately I went by earlier in the afternoon than usual and the office was still open. I went in and found a miserable space with new person who might as well have been a robot or automated response system. They fired the North Trinity employees who were always friendly and helpful and replaced them with someone who was the opposite. Locking us out of our unit with no notice is unacceptable. I saw the same locks on many other units as I walked to mine, so they know their payment system didn't work and they locked everyone out anyways. There's a Storage Center right across the street on Old CR 54, that's where we're moving. Would not recommend these people.
