This facility is nothing more than a switch bait scam! After only 4 months they raised my rent from $125.00 to $212.00. That's an $87.00 and 70% increase! Their reasoning was that they conduct periodic reviews and have to stay on par with their competitors. Meanwhile on their website they are still offering the same 10'×10' climate controlled elevator access unit for around the original cost. Their unethical corporate logic is that customers would dread having to repeat the process of renting a truck, enlisting friends and spending a tiring sweaty day moving again. So they'd begrudgingly settle for the unreasonable rent increase. And 4 months from now they'll repeat the insult. While vacating my unit I've talked to and discovered several other soon to be tenants experiencing the same BS. So I found another nearby storage facility for around the same rent with first month free. Don't bother responding to my review with your phony understanding, regret and justification. There's nothing for me to contact you to work out. I shouldn't have been subjected to this lack of professionalism in the first place. This is not a misunderstanding that can be explained with an excuse. It was blatantly disrespectful. read more

I went in to take a look at the smallest unit they offered, at the time it was a 5x5 unit. I spoke with Charles who was very helpful and polite. it was a very quick and easy process to sign up. the property is in very nice shape and is one of the better storage facilities I've have seen.
