THANK HEAVENS she did because it turned out to be the best call I've made in awhile. They are AFFORDABLE, have KNOWLEDGEABLE and FRIENDLY Manager, FANTASTIC HOURS and CLEAN facility inside and out. Why spend over $175 for a 10x10 climate controlled unit when you can get it for a little over $100. It's a no brainer people. Whitney 19 Storage is your place to store.

I went from $89 to $150 in less than 4 months; then, after I complained, they brought it down to $135 as if they were doing me a favor. I have been with this storage facility for over 10 years. The original owners under Whitney Storage were wonderful and understood the value of a customer. The new owners, - Secure Space - are horrible--no customer service. BUT when all the facility could get out but not in funny. the customer service line is just as bad as the worker at the location they know nothing but they then said ALONSO the area manager was coming i sat there for 4hrs no show had to call sheriff dept at 11p to back out of there lot and bring to my deed restricted home because there was no way to get in then had to go to work in morning so RV was at my house all day I'm sure the association will be sending me a fine. And don't waste your time talking to the girl that works in off all she ever tells you is that she is NEW and to call customer service. while i sat there waiting 4hrs 2 homeless people came out of the inside storage and then complained they could not get back in, i guess u can rent an inside unit for $100 a month use their a/c and bathrooms and not have to pay rent for an apt but i guess this is how the management works there ............
