Got everything I needed moved to storage and back quickly and efficiently. The biggest reason I picked them was that they had their own truck. Just about every mover I worked with in past had to rent a U-Haul for the move and that usually cost me extra. Their prices were much better than some of the other local movers. College Hunks estimated $450 for same move, whereas YaYa at Lets Go Moving cost $255. Big difference! I highly recommend them!!!

To preface I have MS and get fatigued and have weakness amongst other things. I did speak with someone in regard to my issue and he offered the day of moving to resend a mover back, however at this point it was after 4 in the afternoon. So I declined as I was already exhausted that day and I didn't want to have to make someone come back out. They did NOT do a walkthrough with me as they are required to do and they also provide you with wardrobe boxes. These boxes are huge. They used one for hanging clothes and instead of asking me about the other boxes( i cannot remember off hand how many total) they proceeded to use those boxes to load other boxes and bags into them to make it easier for themselves instead of asking me what i would like to use them for. I paid almost $1000 for 5 hours of them using me and I will never have use them again nor recommend them. All companies knew I had multiple sclerosis and that I had issues with moving. A refund of some of the money would have been a nice option considering the toll it took on me and the 20 hours in had to put in myself. I also would like to say i drive an SUV and had to fill it multiple times. That's extra mileage and gas. They took their time (they were getting paid) and did not seem to care. Terrible terrible service. The next day I my friend was so upset after seeing all they left behind and called himself and the boss sided w the movers. Refund me some of the cost would have been a nice option considering all of the chaos they caused.

Called a few hours later to say they were close to my place and would be there soon. Had to call back again to say it was not my day. I was moving 1 month away. They were sorry. Moving day they did not wrap my furniture and put a 7 inch scratch on my dining table. They left 2 big nuts and bolts laying next to my headboard and I have no idea where they go. They did put plastic around one end of my coffee table because I advised them that the top pulled up so you can eat or work on computer and it slid back down. They must have let it flip open and the screws were stripped and could not be fixed. I was only able to screw in a few screws and cannot use it because I'm afraid it will collapse. My mattress was put on upside down and being 70 it was extremely difficult for me to get it off and flip it. The one guy let me know in conversation that his first day on the job he wore flip flops. My friends were right when they said I should have cancelled them when they were a month early and called again to say they were close. I did tell them that night when I got home from work that I was really concerned about still using them. I do not and would not ever recommend them to anyone.

***REVIEW UPDATE***…read more Two months later, the owner himself, Sam, contacted me on June 25th regarding my terrible experience. He stated that he absolutely had no idea any of this happened nor did his staff inform him about it. Initially, I was livid and accepted all my losses from this so no matter how much he apologized to me, it wasn't going to solve the money I spent to replace my items. However, he took full accountability for his staff and their actions and did not try to make excuses. Not only that, he financially went above and beyond to fix the issue. He was sincere and truly wanted the chance to earn my business back, therefore it was only right for me to update my review and be fair as this business owner works hard to maintain his five star ratings. I love supporting small businesses and it doesn't always turn out with great news in the end, but I'm glad that we were able to come to a mutual agreement in a respectful adult manner. The absolute WORST moving experience ever. I was moving from one bedroom apartment within the same community across the street and had everything boxed up and ready to go except for a total of 7-8 large items such as couch, coffee table and de-assembled bed parts. They called me ahead and arrived right on time which was very promising until the move started. The guy that owns the moving truck is very nice and professional, but the other worker that was with him was nice also, but he was useless and continued to be on his cell phone during this move the entire time until I started picking items up myself to speed things up. He then broke my glass on my coffee table which I was upset about but I know things happen, so I didn't make a deal since they said it will be replaced. Hours later, I noticed my dresser with a huge crack and damaged during and they left items on the truck such as a lamp, curtain rod, and led closet light that I even asked for to be double checked at the end. I had to text the guy multiple times and ask for the items that were found left on the truck. He assured me that the glass will be fixed and he will personally deliver it to me. It's been 2 WEEKS now and I have NOT received my items nor my table. He was a no show two times after promising he will deliver them back to me. Ive called over and over because I have been understanding and reasonable, and not nobody even calls back or texts back. No word on my items and that's considered theft!!!! I called the office and the manager said the owner will get in touch with me... NOTHING!!!! I would NOT recommend using them AT ALL and save yourself the headache of having to pay money to replace items they damage or forget and overcharge by doing a lazy and terribly far less move!!!!! I will update the review IF they stick to their word and bring my items back that they technically stole!

Beyond that, they were fast, careful, and extremely respectful with all of our belongings. You can tell they take real pride in what they do, which is rare.
