Fortunately I found kris, the owner of Bubble's Wrap and Send. I called her and presented my challenge of packing, shipping and wanting to track my shipment till it arrived in Australia. Many other places told me after it leaves the US there's absolutely no way to track it. Well, I'm hear to tell you that Kris knows a way and I received emails from the day it was shipped, leaving the US, it's arrival in Sydney until it touched my daughter's address. Everything was shipped without any damage because Kris has many years of packaging experience. Her knowledge of what foreign countries require in order to gain entry is invaluable. I traveled further than I normally would to ship but after realizing Kris's expertise and seeing the results I'll never go anywhere else. And, her quote came in over $20-$40 less expensively than competitors. Thanks Kris, and continued success! Now I'm waiting for my daughters reaction when she opens her Christmas gifts.

The service was fast and friendly. At this current Covid-19 time the UPS Store is only allowing 2 guests in store. They have tape on the floor for where you stand once inside. Both employees are wearing masks and are still managing to smile through them! I was mostly glad to see they are not requiring signatures for pickup or purchase. What a relief to be free from those germy digital pens! They have got a great system going on right now.

I don't which move this happened, but alot and I mean ALOT of my belonging disappeared. LOST $$$$$$$ Renter's insurance and FEMA was of NO HELP. I was quite impressed with the efficiency of the POD packing aspect of my move. I could not…read morebelieve my eyes when I saw how much was loaded into 1 POD; it was like a Tetris game. Three men arrived for the loading and it was completed in three hours. Naturally, I requested the same crew for the unload at my new house. When only two people showed up, I knew this would not be good. I have very big, heavy pieces that were overpowering for only 2 men. My wall unit was not properly assembled as it was not possible to accomplish with only 2 men. I called Pack and Load to request remediation. I requested 3 men to come back to my home and assemble my wall unit, that it may be used. The pieces were not tight enough to place anything on the main shelf. I was told that management would be made aware of the situation and get back to me. After multiple calls, no response to my request was ever received. I contacted the team leader for the men that did my load and unload as he has his own company and gave me his card. Money Movers, did not return my call for help either. I'm a disabled, widowed senior who had to hire a handy man to fix the issues created by Pack and Load. Use this company wisely.

I used Pack & Load Moving to help load two PODs for a move from Texas to Massachusetts, and…read moreunfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I was already in Massachusetts while my wife was in Texas overseeing the move. The crew of three completed part of the job but left behind several major items, including six mirrors, two TVs (still mounted on the wall), a coffee table, a table saw, a lawn mower, and gym mats. This was especially frustrating because there was still plenty of space remaining in the PODs, as shown in photos my wife shared with me. When my wife contacted customer service, the only solution offered was to send the crew back the next day and load everything into an additional POD--at an extra cost of around $2,500. That was completely unreasonable given that the original containers clearly had the capacity to hold the remaining items. Instead, my wife had to scramble to fix the situation herself. She drove to Home Depot to purchase additional moving supplies and then had to ask neighbors for help loading the remaining items. This left her handling physically demanding work that we had already paid professionals $1,031 to complete. What was most frustrating was not just the incomplete job, but the lack of effort and professionalism. Basic tasks--like even removing the TVs from the wall mounts--weren't done. Customer service also failed to provide a fair or practical resolution. Overall, this was a very poor experience. I would not recommend this company.

I had to ask him to help me find the tracking number several times. Stay away from this place!
