BUT when all the facility could get out but not in funny. the customer service line is just as bad as the worker at the location they know nothing but they then said ALONSO the area manager was coming i sat there for 4hrs no show had to call sheriff dept at 11p to back out of there lot and bring to my deed restricted home because there was no way to get in then had to go to work in morning so RV was at my house all day I'm sure the association will be sending me a fine. And don't waste your time talking to the girl that works in off all she ever tells you is that she is NEW and to call customer service. while i sat there waiting 4hrs 2 homeless people came out of the inside storage and then complained they could not get back in, i guess u can rent an inside unit for $100 a month use their a/c and bathrooms and not have to pay rent for an apt but i guess this is how the management works there ............

They raise it again soon after the first raise. It went from one hundred a month to two hundred a month. Read the fine print that they didn't give me before you rent! Just a warning. They did this right after the two bad hurricanes in Fl. They take advantage of people. I had two units and they raised them both. Im getting out and will never rent from them again.

There were not going to hold reservations. so for 3 weeks I have been doing what they said I need to do to a fast No want the payment even if it is a month before college move out date. I was also In formed that they collected payment 4 months in advance. so if your not going to have stuff in the unit until need they still want payment. So many different things told. was so rude when I told them I was doing as they asked me to do and was told they didnt know who told me that. Yes they do because they know each time someone calls and calls are recorded plus agrees to allow me to record on my side. They are taking advantage of customer. This location is an unattended kiosk and clearly all the units had been broken into before because the doors were all bent. I would not suggest this dirty location. Definitely pay $20 more and store where there is an attendant on duty. I will say that the Customer Service I received over the phone to arrange the rental was excellent, but the storage units definitely deserve 2 or 3 stars.
