I didn't have any issues with the truck, I do recommend if you are renting a hand truck to tie it down with a bungee to prevent it from rattling around. Upon returning the truck a guy welcomed me and asked if there was any issues. I had the truck for about 12 hours with $15 insurance and paid around $100 including refuel. We questioned why we were being charged for estimated miles when the rental included 750. They said ohh that's true we will just refund you for any miles not used when you return it. In NC this trailer's brakes finally melted and locked up the wheel and had I been driving on the highway the mechanic said at a higher speed it could have flipped and injured us. Ed rented this trailer to me knowing it was not road worthy. My son and I had to unload and reload a new trailer after the busted one was flatbed towed to another location, taking 5 hours with no help from UHaul. I incurred expenses in gas as my animals were in the back in their crate and the truck had to keep running the AC (FOR 5 HOURS!), hotel (had to stay over because it was dark by the time we got reloaded) and food because of this delay that Uhaul will never care about. DO NOT rent from this location!

I needed a box to secure a couple of paintings for shipping across the US. The PO did not have any…read moreboxes that would work. The dimensions were 16x20x1. All they had was a huge box. So they recommended I check out uhaul. I went to this UHaul and the manager, Steve Fine searched for a box that would fit these dimensions or at least come close! Not finding anything he took what was close and cut it to size. Wow! What service. This was entirely his idea and it worked perfectly. And then he used some of his extra strong tape to secure it even further. I was honestly pretty blown away. He also gave me the extra tape from the roll in case I needed it with the other half of the box. He only charged me for the price of the box. It's this kind of service that is so wonderful to have.

I arrived looking for the right sized picture box to ship a family picture from FL to CO. I had just lost my Mom and Brother-in-law just two days ago. Worst week in my life. Rico and Don were amazing. We talked some sports and Rico was able to locate a picture box even though he had just taken over the location. I bought my box and headed outside. The heat and humidity were unbearable so I came back inside to be in the A/C. Rico proceeded to not only help me pack my picture but also another box! Thanks to Rico and Don! My brother said he would be using them and recommending Rico's location when his clients in real estate need moving supplies! Life is good! Especially when folks help each other out!
