Overall the service was okay in the office. From start to finish I wasn't wowed. Bonnie in the…read moreoffice was condescending and a little off putting at times, but tolerable. However, my move out was the worst. The maintenance manager that patrols the property was rude, condescending, and disrespectful to me and my movers. They said they don't allow large trucks, but they waited til we were already there to say something. Mind you, we used the same truck I moved in with and we were never told this before. This isn't even what upset me about it though, he came up and threatened to sue us if we damaged their property. He screamed and yelled at me and movers, I said fine no problem and bit my tongue. As we were leaving, I attempted to apologize again for misunderstanding to smooth it over cause I saw him following us around the entire time. He was disrespectful and told me to talk to Bonnie and put his hand up, but had no problem following me everywhere. I told him there was no need to act like a tool and then he hops out of his truck comes over to my car and starts screaming and threatening me. This man is very unhinged and seems to potentially be on drugs or something. His behavior was very weird. I don't recall his name, but he drives the beat up red pick up truck. Wears a hat and is a bit older. I didn't feel safe at all here. I'm glad I'm done with them. If you want to be stalked by the maintenance manager and threatened go to Barney's! Pay more and find a company who can treat you with respect and dignity.

I had called 3 weeks in a row to make sure we would still have the reservation and was just told even if I had a reservation they would sell the until before that date if needed. However for 3 weeks 2 customer service representatives and 1 weeks storage until grounds have been telling me to call back every week. There were not going to hold reservations. so for 3 weeks I have been doing what they said I need to do to a fast No want the payment even if it is a month before college move out date. I was also In formed that they collected payment 4 months in advance. so if your not going to have stuff in the unit until need they still want payment. So many different things told. was so rude when I told them I was doing as they asked me to do and was told they didnt know who told me that. Yes they do because they know each time someone calls and calls are recorded plus agrees to allow me to record on my side. They are taking advantage of customer. Glady took my business somewhere else. I would not recommend this storage place.

Got everything I needed moved to storage and back quickly and efficiently. The biggest reason I picked them was that they had their own truck. Just about every mover I worked with in past had to rent a U-Haul for the move and that usually cost me extra. Their prices were much better than some of the other local movers. College Hunks estimated $450 for same move, whereas YaYa at Lets Go Moving cost $255. Big difference! I highly recommend them!!!

To preface I have MS and get fatigued and have weakness amongst other things. I did speak with someone in regard to my issue and he offered the day of moving to resend a mover back, however at this point it was after 4 in the afternoon. So I declined as I was already exhausted that day and I didn't want to have to make someone come back out. They did NOT do a walkthrough with me as they are required to do and they also provide you with wardrobe boxes. These boxes are huge. They used one for hanging clothes and instead of asking me about the other boxes( i cannot remember off hand how many total) they proceeded to use those boxes to load other boxes and bags into them to make it easier for themselves instead of asking me what i would like to use them for. I paid almost $1000 for 5 hours of them using me and I will never have use them again nor recommend them. All companies knew I had multiple sclerosis and that I had issues with moving. A refund of some of the money would have been a nice option considering the toll it took on me and the 20 hours in had to put in myself. I also would like to say i drive an SUV and had to fill it multiple times. That's extra mileage and gas. They took their time (they were getting paid) and did not seem to care. Terrible terrible service. The next day I my friend was so upset after seeing all they left behind and called himself and the boss sided w the movers. Refund me some of the cost would have been a nice option considering all of the chaos they caused.
