I didn't have any issues with the truck, I do recommend if you are renting a hand truck to tie it down with a bungee to prevent it from rattling around. Upon returning the truck a guy welcomed me and asked if there was any issues. I had the truck for about 12 hours with $15 insurance and paid around $100 including refuel. Well, I'm hear to tell you that Kris knows a way and I received emails from the day it was shipped, leaving the US, it's arrival in Sydney until it touched my daughter's address. Everything was shipped without any damage because Kris has many years of packaging experience. Her knowledge of what foreign countries require in order to gain entry is invaluable.
