Never replaced the plastic door sweep so the dust and dirt blew into the unit constantly. The rent price increased on a regular basis , every 6 months or so. Large increases. Moved to a more modern unit. read more

I should have learned what they do for billing after the 1st time! But NEVER will I use Public Storage again. And I will FOREVER give them a bad reference. You sign a contract for an unit at an advertised price. In tiny print on that contract it says they can change that price whenever they feel like it so you're actually not getting a good deal or locked price. They jacked the bill up constantly to where it's unpayable. I moved out on the 2nd ( bill due by the 5th) manager said I was all set and if there was a final bill, I would get one. I NEVER GOT A FINAL BILL! SO I checked my app a couple times last month and it said zero balance and I had no storage unit there so I didn't owe anything. So I figured the manager was legit and everything was all set. Only to have them add $193.07 BACK TO MY APP ACCOUNT! ( WHICH I DIDN'T KNOW) TILL this morning when get a collection call from Allied collection service. So ME 100% DISABLED SINGLE MOM today took the food money out of my account and paid $193.07 that I did not owe so that I could keep my good credit. Publics Storage is scummy! Thier billing practices suck! Also the bathrooms are disgusting and place is not clean and the staff are rude! ALSO every time I've rented from them, someone's been ACTUALLY LIVING in their units! DO NOT USE PUBLIC STORAGE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED! FYI it would not allow me to give ZERO STARS! read more

Service is fine but the price increases is ridiculous. Multiple increases in a short amount of time that has increased the price basically 50% in two years. I have no issues other than the pricing and guessing their pest control is minimal as I have bugs and lizards in the unit to the extent that I apply pesticides myself. Get a unit that does not face the sun otherwise it is extremely hot or choose an inside climate controlled unit which I will do as I downsize. read more

This place is a bait and switch scam. They will get you moved in for a fair price then a couple of months later they will send you a letter a week before your next bill is due that the rate is going up 50%, leaving you with no time to change locations... It's a company wide scam they run because this is the second location that has done the same exact thing. read more

This storage facility is adequate and I have no complaints with the facility. I do have a HUGE complaint with the staff person who signed me up; she is no longer with the company, and she told me at the time of enrollment that my homeowner's policy did not cover storage, so, in order to rent I must take their company provided insurance at $11 per month. I've overpaid for 2+ years. Also, my monthly rental has increased twice is two years... going from initial rate of $82 per month to $146 per month now - a total increase of $64 over the period; both increases came with no prior notice or explanation... the services provided are the same as when I started so I am just paying the increases because of PUBLIC STORAGE greed... I'm disgusted with this type of company... read more

My rent has gone up just recently by almost $40/month. it is now approx $60/month more than when I started renting over 2 years ago. I have friends that have been in this same location for years as I have and their rent has never gone up. I have asked for 3 or 4 months now for the light bulbs that are out over my unit to be replaced. I was told several months ago that there was a work order in for that. It is too dark in my unit and I have to use a flashlight to see. I made a comment to the manager when she was on her way to show a unit that I would start charging them a late fee for not getting the light bulbs replaced and coincidentally my rent was up $40 just after that. Dawn was efficient, nice to talk with while she set up my account, and had me out of there in no time. Unit is clean and climate controlled. We have been renting two lockers at this site for about 18 months. We needed to consolidate to a larger locker, a size rhat is difficult to get as they rarely become available. Wanda, the manager, was a true gem. She was very understanding and accommodating . She knew her inventory, and she turned out to be a real person giving real customer service. How easy is that to find nowadays? This property is always spotless, and my wife, who is always concerned about true security has no discomfort or concerns, even if she needs to be there alone. I know that storage facilities are not always the sexiest places to spend your time, or a place that anyone really wants to be, but if you need one, this is the place! I wish that I had more than five stars to give it and to Wanda. read more

Couldn't be more happy with my first time experience with Public Storage, and for that matter first time using any type of storage unit. Brandee took me under her wing and made sure I had the unit that would fit my needs. She reviewed the contract with me and did a last minute cleaning of the unit for me before I started moving my stuff in. My Unit is a 10x10 and is at least 10 feet high, I choose an outdoor unit so I could easily just drive up and unload once. I reserved my unit online, 1st month was only $1, plus a one time admin fee of $24, and I need to buy a lock for $19, pretty reasonable I thought. Total was a bit more with taxes and such. I would defiantly recommend them. read more

I have lived in the area for the majority of my life and on a few occasions had the need for a storage unit for one reason or another. We have viewed many of the other local storage unit sites and found that the condition of the facility for the price and it's proximity to where we live and/or need access to the items in storage is perfect for us. Not to mention that the customer service we have received from the on site manager has always been exceptional. Just recently we had a unique circumstance arise and I was almost certain there wasn't going to be any easy solution to the problem at hand. Without getting into the full details of the situation, the manager was able to come up with a unique solution that made what seemed to be an overwhelming problem, nothing more than a couple of easy maneuvers and one extremely satisfied customer. If you're in need of a storage unit in this area, I would highly recommend this facility. read more

Just rented a storage unit for our extra items. I started by looking online for the closest most convenient location. Also checked the online pricing. Then I drove over to check it out to make sure it was safe & clean. So far so good. Angela was very helpful in the process to figure out the space I would need. FYI: The pricing is better online. So while I was at the store I went back online filled out the information then it gets sent to the storage location to be processed. We were able to do it all while I was still present. I set up on auto-pay via credit card, easier. There are a couple of flat bed carts for your use to bring you items up the elevator. So far its been great although I think it might be good for the Storage facility to invest in one more cart? Just saying! It feels safe and its clean......... read more

I have used this facility for the last 3 months and couldn't be happier. I chose this location because it was close to where I live. It's clean and organized, and the office staff are wonderful. I never saw any bugs, which is pretty good for Florida. Wanda recently helped me complete my move out, and was very helpful, and the other employee, I think her name is Angela, was great at helping me move in. They could use an extra flatbed cart or two, as sometimes you have to wait for another tenant to bring one back. read more
