I've NEVER had this issue with any other storage unit in my LIFE. Some increase by 10% after 6 months some its a year but never in my life have I seen a company this GREEDY and PREDITORY. DO NOT PUT ON AUTO CHARGES THAT'S HOW THEY GET YOU. A $90 increase for a unit that is currently less at FULL PRICE on their website. Do NOT trust the good reviews the staff ask you to leave them when you first get there. There are many others like me with the same issue. They are no better then thugs who shake you down.

I was so relieved to find the facility was easy to find, my password actually worked, the unit was located in a super convenient location to unload and there were nice carts ready to use.
