They gave me a reservation…read moreand told me I would need to call every Monday so I could hold the reservation set for may 6 2026. I had called 3 weeks in a row to make sure we would still have the reservation and was just told even if I had a reservation they would sell the until before that date if needed. However for 3 weeks 2 customer service representatives and 1 weeks storage until grounds have been telling me to call back every week. There were not going to hold reservations. so for 3 weeks I have been doing what they said I need to do to a fast No want the payment even if it is a month before college move out date. I was also In formed that they collected payment 4 months in advance. so if your not going to have stuff in the unit until need they still want payment. So many different things told. was so rude when I told them I was doing as they asked me to do and was told they didnt know who told me that. Yes they do because they know each time someone calls and calls are recorded plus agrees to allow me to record on my side. They are taking advantage of customer. Glady took my business somewhere else. I would not recommend this storage place.

I must say that I am new to "yelp" and this Business deserves my first Review because of the ease…read morethat was unexpected at "U STOR N LOCK". First of all, I've done research online to figure out the best overall rate on a Storage Facility that not only offers a good value for the pricing but has great Customer Service as well. I've passed by this facility on many occasions not ever expecting that I will be a Customer here when it comes to the needs of Storage due to the unfamiliarity of the Name and the notion of not ever needing this type of service. What attracted me the most was the great pricing offered for the type of unit being displayed versus other Storage Facilities which had the same sized unit at a higher price. The ease of reserving the space was very helpful on 'www.sparefoot.com' and upon my arrival, the Property Manager (Linda) was tremendously kind and assisted in any way that she could especially when I told her this was my very first time needing a Storage Facility. She took the time to show me around and go over the many amenities that are provided. The inside Office/Store was very well kept/clean and small in size however, when going to the actual site of where all the Storage Units are, its massive! A Gentleman by the name of Dave ensures that the area is clean and this is very important to me when renting this type of service because one of my questions was about pests and ensuring if all units are neat and protected. I definitely suggest this place to anyone who is needing a Storage Unit at a Great Value versus other providers because you definitely feel as though they care about you as a person versus only a Customer which goes a long way. Thank you "U STORE N LOCK"!
