I don't which move this happened, but alot and I mean ALOT of my belonging disappeared. LOST $$$$$$$ Renter's insurance and FEMA was of NO HELP. To make matters worse, some of my very valuable and irreplaceable old postcards disappeared. Just discovered that today . Not happy. I plan to contact my representative in Congress and demand that moving companies be regulated. I don't believe it was the crew leader, but perhaps the helpers. Someone did something terribly wrong.

I can't complain about the actual movers, who were fantastic, but the shady business practices are enough to make me want to warn others. I had to pay in full before they'd unload the truck, I did not get an itemized bill until I asked twice via email, and then when I questioned the extra charges, I also had to ask twice. Be wary.
