I initially reserved the last unit of the size I'm looking for online and was planning to book by phone. However when it got down to paying, I realized I needed to see where it was on the property before agreeing. After all, I'm small and going to be handling a storage unit myself and I need it to be accessible for me. I decided to go in the next day instead, though they couldn't promise me the space would still be held. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that the onsite contact was in the facility and to call. Full transparency, I rolled my eyes and dialed the number, thinking I'd be waiting awhile. Stefan answered and came right back to the office. He walked me to the unit and I agreed to reserving it. He was thoughtful in the way he explained everything, patient with my questions (and re-asking the same questions to clarify), and seemed genuinely happy to help. I have had multiple storage units (UHaul, US Storage, etc). This place is by that the worst...the…read moreplace may seem clean and inviting but their staff and billing is deceptive and dishonest. The storage units are clean and modern. Staff is almost always unavailable on both the customer service phone line and the property management. Restrooms (that we pay for) are always locked and you will never find a staff member to open them. The rates are a flat out lie and they will "market adjust" your unit with a 30% or more increase after 3 months. They do not offer any introductory rates and will be rude when you try to talk to them about billing

This tells me the facility is not being properly maintained or cleaned, and there's a serious pest control issue that management is either ignoring or not handling effectively. Now I'm stuck dealing with the stress, cost, and emotional toll of trying to clean or replace my belongings. Some things can't even be saved. The front desk clerk is very very rude and disrespectful. She uses profanity when talking, has…read morehorrible customer service and very unprofessional phone etiquette. The clerk called me regarding my account, which I had paid in full and didn't understand the nature of her call as I have always spoke to a different nice lady for the entire year I have done business here as well as always receive email and text updates regarding my account, and she got very disrespectful and hung up, the clerk proceeded to call me again and make several statements before hanging up. I called back several times asking for the clerks name as well as a manager and she said she was the manager. I arrived at the property to be informed she was not a manager and having a bad day. That does not give you the permission to speak disrepectly to the customers nor hang up on the customers you called several times. The clerk was also unhelpful and insinuating she would like to fight if I got to close to her, all while the manager on the property was asking me to come into the office so that she could assist me with access to my storage. Customer service classes as well as anger management classes would serve well for the front desk clerk working this morning. I do not handle disrespect well and will discontinue my business with this company as well as let others know my experience. When asking for the clerk's name she refused as she knew she was in the wrong and beyond disrespectful. I will also be reaching out to a regional manager or cooperate manager as this is very unacceptable.

I DO NOT recommend THIS LOCATION. Recently over 40 Units broken into (see images). Property changed…read morehands. Memorial Day broken front door AGAIN. NOT SECURE - no guard on duty - wide open. Tried to contact 4 different numbers Memorial Day - no response. Hit security button - no response. YOU DECIDE. Contacted management following day: "They are working on it and it was a tenant who broke the door." I recommended that a security guard be placed on duty when this type of security breach occurs. USN VET - CC (I pay approx. $183 for unit by auto pay - but obviously I am not getting the security that I THOUGHT ...I am paying for).
