Why 5 stars? Because so far, so good…read more --- --- --- After recently moving to Carrollwood, I needed to find a new storage unit. My search proved to be harder than I initially anticipated. A big hangup with many of the storage providers in the area, was that customers are not provided dumpster access. Because I receive some pretty large deliveries to my storage unit, I end up compiling quite a bit of trash after sorting through an order. Loading my car up with broken down boxes and hunting down a public dumpster, does not seem very appealing to me, as shocking as that seems. So to be honest, CubeSmart was not my first choice. But because they offer the courtesy of dumpster use, they won me over! The only thing I wish I could change is to be granted 24/7 access, but I'll survive. This storage facility is definitely cleaner and more up to date, than my last one. I also love the fact that they were able to offer me a 1st floor unit right near the entrance. I never thought I could be so excited about a storage unit, but boy howdy, I'm pumped about CubeSmart!

When I called, they said this was a standard market adjustment. So in 3 months time, the 'market rate' doubled. They would not negotiate on this rate or reduce to our original rate from just a few months prior. Edit: I see you responded. I contacted that number before posting the review and was told there was nothing you could do and that an 100% increase after 3 months was normal.

I've been visiting and calling about a unit for alittle over a week. Other sites have been calling me regarding my move in. Move in was promised today and unit has yet to be cleaned out. I understand the turn of property but Stacey is unable to assist me due to upper's management (Corporate) coming today and there's stuff she has to do before they get there. After Andrew had given the okay to clear unit. Ms. Rewis if I'm not mistaken is the DM told me I can clean it and she's been assisting me on trying to get you in as a resident. Stacy is not allowing me to even after DM instructed her that I can assist with cleaning out your own unit to move in!! Stacy mentioned to Andrew that my vacation was coming to an end and needed to transfer unit prior to going back to work. Andrew and Ms. Rewis approved items to be moved out into a unit that they have to reach out to a vendor. If I am assisting on the process and was approved by management, I didn't see an issue. I understand they are going through a takeover as I am a Property Manager myself. The answer given to me was we don't know when they can get to it and I can go to another property. Ridiculous. This property is convenient for me. This is actually ridiculous that a takeover property should have had all units trash out if declared the management and/or abandoned. Hopefully this gets to someone that can handle as quick as possible.
