This tells me the facility is not being properly maintained or cleaned, and there's a serious pest control issue that management is either ignoring or not handling effectively. Now I'm stuck dealing with the stress, cost, and emotional toll of trying to clean or replace my belongings. Some things can't even be saved. I trusted this place with everything I own, and they completely failed. I would not recommend storing anything here unless you're okay risking it being ruined

He took me to look at the storage unit before finalizing everything, he took his time to show me how to use the lock, and even set me up for auto pay. He explained step by step how to use the gate and how to exit. Normally, I'd be handed a lock, a paper with a number and sent on my way. But not Michael. He made sure I had absolutely no questions left to ask. The service was wonderful and the prices cannot be beat.
