Update: Stay Away! This company is a huge scam and ran by the scum of Tampa. After getting in contact regarding our damages we were offered $200 for our broken 55 inch TV that retails for $900+. In addition to the low ball offer they will only send it to us if we remove this review. I am sure we were not the only victims of this and I am sure others have removed their honest reviews to get compensation of their damages. Do not use them! Just used them for a move over the weekend and was forced to put a review while they watched over my shoulder. This is my honest review... the quote that was given over the phone was a lie. There are hidden fees that were not mentioned over the phone when booking this company and our move doubled in price. Every moving blanket, piece of tape, and box used to "protect" our items was charged even though they re-use all of the materials and took it all back with them. The movers themselves were amazing. The only thing I can say is they charged me over double for the move..that they quoted. So be sure you know what you are getting into. I tipped and took good care of the movers but they charged a whole lot more than quoted. .. They also even though boxes were clearly marked for storage and home they confused them..all in all I think they are good just beware what you thought was going to be 350-400 can be over 700 ! read more

Our moving coordinator, Pablo, was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a virtual walkthrough, which was so easy and very thorough. The quote came in hundreds of dollars less than the others we received, but all the quotes estimated the same amount of time it would take, so Premier just had better rates! Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience. I cannot emphasize enough how much I regret working with this company. They broke many of my dishes, including those of sentimental value. Nice boys working for them, just no training or skill in evidence. Multiple items damaged, and I agree with prior review here by Julian that its a scammy situation - their trucks don't even have their name on them and they have no idea what they are doing. I was told they wanted to make it right and a nice guy came by to fix all furniture damage - we made extensive plans and he took a table offsite, then someone emailed to erase all plans he had made for repair. I have moved many times before, but this crew carefully wrapped up all of my delicate items (mirrors, glass tables, TVs, and bedroom furniture) so that I had full confidence my things would make the move without any issues. I have hired Premier Movers 4 Less twice-this year, one for a small move in July and the second move was 2 bedroom with a Yamaha upright piano last weekend. In both occasions, I am extremely pleased with the service they provided. I requested the same crew (Jon, the owner of this business and Steven) as I liked them from my experience from the first move. I have been moving cross-country all the way from the Atlantic shore to the Pacific coastline for the past 15 years. However, moving within Tampa was new to me. I interviewed over 10 companies, but when I spoke with Pedro, customer service, I immediately decided to hire this company as I could tell that this is the right people to do business with. They in fact exceeded my expectation; they are punctual, prompt, accommodating, respectful, and are extremely hard working. Their price was reasonable. It appears that Premier Movers 4 Less has taken pride in its excellent customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction . This company is shady and i'm assuming they somehow got my review taken down on google so i'll leave this here to warn others about this moving company. We got the move done but there was a lot of hiccups, mistakes made. Such as the guys not wrapping the couch until they got outside and I had to tell them to wrap it..then placing the couch on the floor outside the apartment (which is dirty) so they can wrap it. When we get to our new home, they thought it ok to place a lot of our things on the grass, dirt (which was wet from the rain btw) such as chairs, ironing board etc. They placed some dirty boxes on clean kitchen counters (which they stopped doing once I told them). They dropped 1 of our boxes on the way inside but ok. We bought a brand new rug that would be placed underneath our kids' mattress and 1 of the guys stepped all over it with his dirty shoes. The move from our old apartment to our new house happaned (which I was happy about because we all know how tough it can be) but i'm really upset that I have to buy a new rug and that a lot of our things got dirty all do to unprofessionalism etc. They wanted me to give them 5 star review but I have to be honest with this rediculous experience. So if you want to take a chance with these guys, know this..you have to be on top of Everything they're doing. Guide them all the way through and don't hope that "they got this". Tell them what needs to be done and what Not to do before it happens. Besides all of that, they did work and we got the move done. We payed $75 dollar trip fee and $357 for the 3 hours it took to move for a total of $432 for what to them was considered "easy". If you want an easier experience and not have to potentially deal with mistakes/hiccups, choose another moving company. If you take the risk, remember to guide them every step of the way. You can help them move things too like I did but still guide them with everything. read more

John & Emmitt were our movers and they were awesome. First off, we called around to a few moving companies in the area and their rates were extremely reasonable. Throughout the move, they asked us multiple times if we had any special requests, questions, or any concerns. They also gave us multiple updates on expected timeframes of loading and unloading. Gave them fragile items as well and everything arrived in pristine condition. All in all it was a very pleasant and painless experience and we would use them again if we move. read more
