The worst part was we actually had a dead rat in our partially opened suitcase that almost fell out on my head. They treat a loyal customer by jacking up their rent to around $280 a month for a 10x20 outside unit while a new customer can get the same one with first month free and $143 a month!!

Adron is AMAZING! I had to move items into a storage unit because of Hurricane Milton. It is…read moreobviously stressful situation, but he made it so seamless and helped me so much. I made changes and additions and he was very patient with all of them. The facility is always super clean and well lit. It is very secure with multiple checkpoints to get to your unit which I love. Hopefully this situation doesn't happen again but knowing I have a helpful storage team if needed is great!

All paperwork was complete and pricing agreed upon but when I went to moved into the site the people there tried to change the monthly rental cost. Good I had copies of the emails from Corporate. Got it straightened out but it was a hassle. Flash forward 4 months and I received a postcard (mass mailing type of thing) from Corporate jacking the rate up $90 a month. Rental went from $125 to $210. Ridiculous!!
