    USAA scheduled a standard sized rental for me due to my car being in the shop for repairs. The day…read morebefore I'm scheduled to take in my car to have work done, I called this location and confirmed my reservation. They told me I was good to go. The next day, I'm picked up at the collision center and taken to the Enterprise location. I wait for nearly an hour before anyone is able to work with me. I am then told by the assistant manager that they do not have a rental car available for me, but that I could pay more to have a different vehicle. I told them I would not be paying anything extra and that they need to honor their reservation. They tell me at this point they do not have any vehicles available. They then provided me with a drive home. I then called the Enterprise location on E Memorial. It sounded like they may have had a vehicle for me, and reached out to this location in order to let them know that they would be taking care of me. This office tells them that they are getting me a car and that they would be calling me within an hour. They never called me back. At this point, I get back on the phone with USAA to see what they can do. They called this enterprise location back and are told by a manager that nobody from E Memorial reached out and that they didn't even know that I still needed a car. They blamed me for leaving "abruptly" after telling me that they could not and would not honor their reservation with me. I called back and was finally able to speak with the assistant manager. He told me they had other vehicles but they could not give me one because they are more expensive. I asked if they could make this situation right because I was supposed to be out of town tonight and just give me whatever vehicle they had. His response was that they could only give me what they were contracted to provide. Which is rich, because they couldn't even honor their contract. So, I was left without a car while my car is in the shop. As a patron, I've never received such poor customer service. I'm shocked that the only solution to my issue was pay more money or be stranded without a vehicle.
