Then uhaul sent me to another storage facility, which when I arrived, it was closed. I tried to call uhaul 4x and they keep on transferring me and putting me on hold. So I went back to storage King, rented a truck, instead of a trailer. Trish the manager was helping me to call uhaul a few times and was very apologetic about the situation. The next day, she Even called me to follow up and tell me that uhaul refunded me 50$ for the ordeal. Now that's what you call customer service! Thank you very much.
