What makes this worse is that Jason Spaller, Vice President of Browning Moving & Storage, personally assured me that he would walk me through the claims process and help resolve everything. That promise was completely empty--he has not followed up, and my calls and messages have gone unanswered. The UniGroup Companies, who are handling my claim, have also failed to return any of my calls, and my claim remains unresolved to this day. The total lack of accountability, follow-through, and basic customer service from both Browning Moving & Storage and The UniGroup Companies has been absolutely appalling. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. You deserve better. FYI - Thank you to the acknowledgment of the "business manager", but no one has contacted me at all.
