This place is open 7AM - 3PM, Monday - Friday. There is a manned booth and right past that are several huge containers for depositing glass, plastic, aluminum cans, cardboard, paper, and magazines. Maybe someday they will accept aseptic packages *fingers crossed* As an aside, Bass Road is a pretty drive. It's quiet, you pass the whimsical buildings of Give Kids the World, and there is a park with toys & exercise equipment right across from the recycling center.

I pulled up out front and walked inside and was greeted almost immediately. I explained to the woman what I had And she had me pull around to the side of the building to make the donation. Everything went very smoothly and I was very happy with the experience. While I was inside the store I did see that they had a lot of merchandise for sale with some of it being brand new while other was clearly used. First off, let me say that I'm really confused on how to review this location. My intention was to…read morehead to a "restore" and when I utilized the directions button for the Florida Mall location, I was sent here. So, there might be a bug in the direction link. I stopped on my way there making sure I clicked the Florida Mall store in the Yelp app, but each time, I was sent to this location. (After getting there, I realized that I was at the wrong place.) Also, I think there was another store in the area previously where some of the photos might have been taken, but perhaps this is the newer store? Anywho, this was a store, I think ... however, it doesn't look like some of the photos in the initial reviews. From some of the photos, the place looks larger and more organized. This place was small and had a bunch of things but not things that I could use. I'm not knocking it by any means! This place helps out many people who are in need of basics. I was just on a hunt for possible flooring and doors. (I had heard from friends that they found windows, doors and flooring left over from new builds. I just don't think they are at this location.) They do have doors, but as it was just me shopping, it was hard to mull through them in the warehouse as they were stacked and my back is roughed up from a wreck I was in a year ago. It was also pretty dark in that area and the floor was plywood and I just wanted to be careful where I was walking. They do have furniture, etc., and again, if you are in need, this place can help you out. If you are looking for more homebuilding or newer items (possible left over from recent construction), this probably isn't the restore you are thinking of. Either way, Habitat is a wonderful organization and I'll try another location as its a win-win for all involved.

Her competency, knowledge, and approach of service was mind-blowing. This is hard to find in any customer service genre. Esther was attentive, honest, and altruistic in helping people of all stripes. You don't find help like this ANYWHERE in this day and age. And the laundry mat itself was spotless, spacey, and workable. The coin exchange, unlike others, was easy to understand and operable. I noticed too that Esther took tender care of her machines as she did in others that needed help. To the owners of Coin-A-Magic you've got a keeper. One in a million. ~ Cullen Dorn

In addition to the dry cleaning I have also used the alterations service and everything was excellent. Most recently, I took in some Nike tennis shorts that were practically new. They were all identical except for the color but, for some reason, every pair had a faulty zipper that needed to be replaced. It was cheaper to get new zippers rather than replace the shorts at $70 a pop. As usual, it was an excellent job, however, I was blown away that not only did they replace the zippers but they matched all the varying colors perfectly. I had even said not to worry about matching the colors because you can't see the zipper and some of the colors were not easy to match.
