I am writing this review so late because of the awesome interaction I had just a few days ago! We have always paid our unit on time, and this month, we didn't realize our payment didn't process. We had been waiting for a new debit card to come in the mail, and because of this, we incurred a late fee on our account because the payment was unable to process. I left the office a voicemail to ask if they could waive that late fee for me, and they did it, no questions asked! I didn't even have to speak with a live person/the manager. That's top tier customer service! The only downside to Extra Space Storage in general are the rates increasing every now and then, but I have no issue with that knowing my items are in a safe and secure facility. I highly recommend this facility! Thank you so much for always providing hassle free customer service!

We constantly complained that we saw rat droppings in our units and were told nothing could be done. After moving out of our units and several rate increases and no care for our items being covered in rat feces and urine we were the ones treated badly. Than we found out that the cameras were not working. And 2 months ago they jacked up their price almost $40 a month on us stating the greater cost of electricity and upkeep. Funny how an outside unit that does not have electricity. Than they also said that we were not paying the going rate for the unit. No warning or letter was given. I was just told when I went in to pay that month that the rate was increased. I did get a letter a month later though.
